Friendly /professional/made the process effortless. This is our first time going through a selling process of a property Brian made things clear and there was no issues at all when things came up. Brian is a genuine person that cares about his job and his company ,he spoke highly of his team members which gave us confidence that we were going to get the best deal with market prices. Leanne was a pleasure to deal with. She was professional and went out of her way to try and make everything as seamless as she could. Even when she went on holiday she made sure that her colleagues could cover by meeting at the house so property inspections were able to take place when they needed to be done. She also helped with bringing the sale forward which I appreciated greatly. Sorry Leanne I ran out of time to say 'thankyou' in person when down but I will come and say 'Hi' when I'm down next. Will never use anyone else as long as she’s in the business! Leanne was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We had the luxury of “leisurely selling”, not really needing too, but curious of the current market. Leanne informed us of all the options available to us as a seller, and from everything she told us, we decided to place the house on the market to test the waters, in a way that suited us best. She was able to book potential buyers around my partners work schedule (as a shift worker) and within 5 days she had gathered 3 offers for us to view, even with the risk that we potentially would decide not to sell. Leanne has an optimistic outlook but is also realistic with expectations and valuations. Everything happened exactly as promised and the sale went through very smoothly. We highly recommend Leanne.
