This was such an easy and low cost way to sell a house. The HomeSell Assist package was amazing, with it all you need to do are the open homes as HomeSell do all the negotiating for you. The hardest part about open homes is the cleaning, which you have to do no matter what. Big thanks to Jane and Chris for making selling our house a fast, simple and cheap process.

We chose the Homesell Assist in our package. I had heard in the past some people are reluctant towards private sales and dealing directly with the vendor. Using Chris as an agent was instrumental in us achieving the sale of our property. He handled prospective buyer enquiries and always dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner. 6 Margaret Place Hahei SOLD👍👍👍 Through the process we found Homesell to have all the options covered regarding signage, Photography, 3D Tour, and Advertisment. and paperwork. The coverage on the various Web sites Trade Me etc made any buyer searches so easy and efficient. Especially in this crazy Covid climate we all find our selves in. The number of views and watchers were easy to collate giving a real time up to date feedback on where we were getting our buyer views. Having prospective buyers ask myself and Sue questions about the property and expected sale price point was also very interesting, this was good as we were able to answer most if not all of these questions. we were asked as fully as possible. We were then able to pass on all the contact information to Chris Caldwell at Homesell for information pack send out follow up and registration of interest. Having Chris Caldwell as our HomeSell negotiator put that professional finish to the sale campaign and Auction process, as having Chris take over all the technical information was a real help.. Thanks again from Sue and I to Jane, Chris and the team at HomeSell and Allan the Auctioneer and his assistants for a great result and a very professional friendly approach to selling a great property and helping us realize a superb result.
