M.We have been investing locally in property on and off for a number of years. We wanted to add a Christchurch property to our portfolio, but we had no experience of the area. We knew that there were risks around the fallout of the earthquake. We decided to use iFindProperty, and Chris in particular, to minimise our risk and to ensure we ended up with the right property in the right area.
Chris met with us to discover our goals and constraints. It wasn't long before he presented properties for us to consider. Within a short period he found us the perfect opportunity. Chris helped us every step of the day. He is an investor himself, so he understood exactly what we were looking for and he was proactive in looking for the issues we would normally identify and some local ones we may have missed. He was very hands on and kept us informed every step of the way. He helped us with building inspectors, at the auction and with a property manager (who we are very happy with).
