Our property manager ensures our property keeps ticking along, provides us with up to date details and prompt financial information. All issues are taken care of without us needing to deal with them. Nick and Debbie are fantastic! I can't thank them enough. They consistently take the stress and hassle out of being a landlord. They manage my properties as though they were their own. They know the perfect balance of taking the initiative and involving me when they think it is appropriate. I consistently get good feedback from tenants saying Nick and Debbie are very professional and good to deal with, yet they are quick to step in when tenants are not ideal. I have bench marked Ironbridge against other property managers over the last few of years and recently transferred 100% of our properties to Ironbridge as their service was superior to the competition and rates more competitive too. Ironbrigdes communication is excellent, inspection reports are detailed, include photos, and recommendations on improvement opportunities. I have been using Ironbridge for about 10 years and still get surprised by their commitment and performance. I highly recommend Nick and Debbie, they are awesome!

Last December, we found ourselves unexpectedly in need of a new home to rent for our family of 5. Iron Bridge (Upper Hutt branch) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. Nick, Debbie, Krystle and Jo went the extra mile to ensure we got the PERFECT HOUSE for our family, at such a crazy busy time of year (3 weeks before Christmas) They are really such a great team. Prompt communication, professional, flexible, and very quick to sort out any issues - we had a problem with our dishwasher and they had someone out within the week and a brand new dishwasher installed for us. Excellent service. Nick And the team at Ironbridge have done an excellent job as our property managers. With us being from out of town they were able to do the settlement inspection for us and also arrange with the seller to have access for prospective tenants. This meant within 10 days we had new tenants in and sorted. Perhaps if Matt had higher day to day cleaning standards he would not have found the required exit expectations "unreasonable". 2 days cleaning and leaving it nice for the incoming tenants .....Hmmmm. Ironbridge have been our rental agents in Wellington and Auckland for many years and they have also assisted us with house sales and purchases. Their fees are realistic and we have always received excellent service and advice from their well- trained and knowledgeable staff. The ladies in the Auckland office are very helpful and always go the extra mile, and Sam Hope has sold several of our properties (including three this year) with excellent results. As for the Wellington office, we can't praise Nick and Debbie highly enough! Debbie manages our rentals very efficiently and Nick has given service far beyond the call of duty, both with rental matters and with the purchase and sale of properties. in Aotea and Upper Hutt. We are tenants in a property managed by Tara Lenihan at Iron Bridge and on the very first day that the property was transferred to Iron Bridge from another management company, we had to report an urgent issue with hot water pouring out the overflow pipe which caused a gigantic electricity bill. E-mailed Tara about this around 8:45am - by 9am I had been contacted by both Tara and a Plumber who arranged to get the issue looked at that same afternoon and arrange a fix. Absolutely amazing experience especially seeing as the property had only just been transferred to Iron Bridge, brilliant service!
