L.Jason and the team at RentCare have been amazing from day one. They managed to get my two units rented within a week from settlement date. They also look after my properties as if it was their own and attend to any maintenance issues promptly and communicate this in a timely manner. We recently had the HWC exploded in one of our unit and Jason has been amazing with arranging everything from the cleaner, the builder, meeting with the insurance assessor, dealing with a stressful client (me)… all of it was done promptly which has minimized any further damage to our property. On top of that, Jason has been great with giving us updates on where everything was tracking along. Overall, I would recommend RentCare 1000%, they are great at communicating and they attend to any issues and queries (from both me – the landlord and my tenants) in a timely manner.

That being said, I can also confidently say that the team at Rent Care also tirelessly do everything in their power to home the many families that are in the grips of our housing shortage. I have experienced first hand and heard of applicants that have desperately needed rentals and the team at Rent Care have worked with the families and property owners secured them these properties. These families have gone on to become incredible tenants and have worked with the Rent Care team to further ensure the properties are well managed and maintained. As a home owner/investor, this made me feel extremely confident in the team at Rent Care and also showed me that this market can be met with compassion, understanding and professionalism. In my years of renting, this hasn’t been the case. My family and I are endlessly grateful for the Rent Care team and their management of our property and happy tenants.
