G.This is a rapidly expanding significant housing area in Upper Hutt. A good supply of housing in the affordable range these days. Easy access to shopping and the motorway both north and south. This is an ongoing development and in concert with current trends, very few properties have acreage of any description. All over all good quality housing in the rapidly expanding city of Upper Hutt.
O.Nice to walk around the neighbourhood using the sidewalk that is thoughtfully designed. Great outlook of the hills and all day sun. Beautiful sunrise and sunset, lots of pukekos and other wildlife. Lovely and friendly neighbours.
M.All that an "estate" brings to mind. Over-priced housing with little character. What a sad state of affairs for NZ home buyers when this is all we have to offer.
R.Coming up on one year living in Wallaceville Estate. Pockets of undeveloped park like land and well established native trees provide a great feel.
