As a buyer rather than a seller, I can say Lillian got more than the expected value of the house from me (probably also due to the hot market at this time)! However, she was very easy to deal with, very responsive, professional and ethical (unlike some agents that I've met) and actually fully disclosed everything that she could legally disclose to me as a buyer. I know it's odd to write reviews as a buyer but I just can't help it! One of the few ethical and professional real estate agents I've met!
