We have recently rented a house from Landlord’s Assistant and have been dealing with Zelda and her wonderful team. This has been our best experience to date with a rental agency. Zelda and her team have been very proactive, responsive and very helpful for the time we have rented of them. Any issues regarding repairs or maintenance were always addressed immediately to ensure that we as tenants were comfortable and happy in our home. Their communication is great and the whole team is very delightful and friendly to deal with.

My husband and I were dealing with Zelda at Landlord's Assistant. We found her to be very helpful, kind, insightful and just went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend and hope to have her assistance again when next we look for a rental property.

Zelda has an incredibly eye for detail and completion of tasks associated with being a top-class landlord. You can’t go wrong. With so many new confusing rules and laws around tenancy, I would much rather she take care of all of those risks that many property owners are facing right now.

Absolutely brilliant company. Zelda and her team simply get it done. Their "can do" attitude combined with the quick ninja style results they deliver, really made a difference in how I view my role as a land lord. I used to get stressed trying to manage tenants myself until I couldn't take the stress which I how I found Zelda who took the load and converted all my issues into solutions. From the first phone call contact to all listing and screening process and managing, Rest assured you will have a team whom a passionate about what they do and just a phone call or text away anytime you need to find out anything (big or small). The way my property was listed with photos and video showcasing the house was amazing and got lots of good quality comments on how well the video was done. You can relax as they take care of everything for you and build a lovely mutual understanding of being on the same page looking out for the best interest of your investment and that of the tenant as well.

We have had Landlord's Assistant as our rental property manager for the last few months after switching from another PM company. The difference in communication and service is night and day. Zelda is an awesome person to deal with, i let her know my requirements for a rental and she came back with options for me to chose from, of they didn’t suit my needs, every time she had a new house available for rent she contacted me to let me know to see if it suited .
