Colleen Topping looked after our place in Wanaka for a couple of years and the whole time she kept us up-to-date on a regular basis, financials always on time and correct, and chose an excellent tenant for us. I always tell people to try Colleen first!

After a horrible experience I had with QAC in Queenstown it was a huge relief to deal with such a friendly team of professionals from Home and Co. The property in Luggate was a brand new one and we still miss it as it was truly a lovely place to live. Colleen and the team always gave us a proper notice time before inspections and always left a thank you letter, for keeping the place tidy, together with some candies. A small gesture but it made us feel appreciated and looked after. Some agencies from Queenstown should learn from Colleen how a good property management company should operate.
