Claudia and Margo have been outstanding in the management of our house for the past few winters. Claudia is our main point of contact and she is professional and friendly. If there are any issues that need to be fixed they deal with them quickly and efficiently, we do not have to deal with anything. I love how they ensure the property is cleaned to a high standard so when we come in for summer there are no issues and the house is perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on using Manage my house for property management

I have only good things to say about Manage My House Wanaka. Working with Melissa has been a treat. As overseas landlords, we had to leave our beloved property in someone else's hands and trust that it would still feel like "ours" when we returned. We had some very good choices and recommendations from friends but we are so pleased with Manage My House. We have peace of mind knowing that Melissa or Margo will be in touch in there is anything we need to know or anything we need to do. I feel like we've left our property in the hands of a very trusted experienced old friend!

Nicole does a great job of managing my property. She provides regular updates and gets things done quickly.

I have used 'Manage My House' since April 2019 and their service has been exemplary throughout. Margo is my main point of contact and has always been efficient and professional when dealing with myself (owner), tenants and tradespeople alike. In particular, I would like to thank Margo for effectively dealing with a 'problem' tenant where she managed to get a satisfactory result for all concerned within an agreed timescale.

Manage My House have quickly and professionally got our new house tenanted and have dealt with a few minor repair issues in friendly "no problem" manner. Claudia and Margo are both great to deal with.

Margo is a reliable and excellent manager of our property. And she goes the extra mile with a smile: this week, she picked up my passport that I had left behind in the house and couriered it to me, crisis over. We feel in very safe hands.

Margo and Claudia manage 3 of my properties with long term renters. In the time Margo has looked after my properties, they have never been empty and she has found good local tenants who appreciate the properties and really look after them. The regular inspection reports are informative and any maintenance issues are swiftly taken care of with minimum of my time needed. Even though I live in Wanaka, I still prefer to use Margo as a property agent as it frees up my free time to deal with my other businesses. Highly recommended!

Our first inspection report was so thorough and exceptionally detailed that I guarantee you that you cannot attain this knowledge and reporting as a private landlord doing an inspection.
