We had Sam Fenton as our agent. She was amazing. Sam wad always Friendly and was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, of renting a rental she really cared about us, understood our needs, She was always available on her mobile. I will highly recommend using Barefoot &Thompson Sam Fenton.

Hi Sam I feel the need to send this e mail to thank you for always being available and being the BEST Agent I have ever dealt with, coming from South Africa and things working totally different here it was a bit daunting trying to find accommodation when I arrived in 2019, after meeting with you on the day of viewing the property for rental, you have been absolutely awesome throughout my journey and up until today my thoughts and view is exactly the same. All the calls I have made around little things, you have attended to them all without any hesitation and that speaks volumes of who you are and the way you operate, and you look after your customers with utmost respect and courtesy and that is something that means the most to me. Teryn has been our property manager for a few years now and her service has been unrivalled. Property managers in the past have done the bare minimum, she does it all. unprompted suggestions, keeping tenants happy, finding tenants, and keeping the property tidy. Inspection reports are also very formal and feels like we're getting a professional job.

Hi Sam I am writing this note with a sad heart , for the simple reason that we are moving out of our very first home we rented in New Zealand which has been the home to my family and myself for almost 3 years since we moved from South Africa, which you had helped us move in to. My journey started in September 2019 when I was searching for property to rent, out of the four Realty companies I had applied with, you were the only one to come back to me and I am so happy none of the others did ( to this day I might add ) as I am convinced I would never have received the most amazing service I have received from you. We are extremely happy with Sam Fenton’s management of our property and cannot recommend her highly enough to others. She has earned our trust by being thorough, prompt and sensible in all our dealings. She works well with tenants, builders and neighbours, communicating clearly with us at all times. She visits our property regularly, organises all relevant works and follows up so that our property is kept in good order and we do not need to worry. This is without any fuss. We only wish there were more Sam Fentons in the industry!

Sam Fenton is an awesome property manager. Nothing is too big of an ask. And she actions issues that arise with the greatest of speed.
