If I could give Emily more stars, I would. Emily has been the most exceptional property manager I have ever come across. Her professionalism is outstanding, she is very easy to communicate with and is very respectful and helpful. She does not place herself above us as tenants instead stands by our side helping in anyway she can. The support Emily has given my family and I over the years as tenants of hers is something I hold dearly. Emily is hands down the best property manager In the Rodney District and even Auckland as a whole. If you are a tenant like us looking for your perfect home or a home owner looking for the perfect tenant, Emily is your go to person, this property manager deserves a trophy!

Emily is one of the most professional property managers I have dealt with across a 40-year period of my rental properties. Emily is an exceptionally good communicator keeping me I the loop on all issues involving my properties. She has an outstanding network of trades people who have excellent skills in their specific trades. Emily always undertook everything on a timely basis minimising delays. Her financial monthly reporting was always on time and were faultless. Emily is a very personable and a delight to work with. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I emailed a number of property managers on a public holiday to get some feedback on how they could assist us with renting our property. Emily came straight back to me within 20 minutes. Her response with everything has been exceptional. She assisted us with the additional requirements relating to the healthy homes requirements and gave us excellent advice regarding tenants. She organised two open homes but then decided she would do an additional open home as she wanted to make sure she had a good choice of tenants. She gave us her opinion on who she recommended but did leave the final decision to us. Since our tenants have moved in we have emailed her regarding a situation that has occurred. She has gone out of her way to assist us and provided advice. We would have no hesitancy in using Emily again and should we require them to manage our property, we would definitely use Harveys. The price was also well worth it as the time it saved us was huge. Thanks :)

Emily was wonderfully efficient and helpful in finding tenants for our property. Because it was only a short let (3 months) we had really struggled to find suitable tenants.
