I have just sold my property through Remax with Kim Gordon as my agent. Kim has been an absolute professional throughout the entire process. From the very first meeting until the sale was secured Kim made me feel 100% confident that my property was in the best of hands. And the end result speaks for itself. Not only did Kim complete the sale in a very short time but also got her client a price which exceeded expectations especially considering the challenges the property presented. I would have absolutely no hesitation in selling or buying another property with Kim in the future.

We have dealt with Kim Clemenston as both a buyer and a seller. We chose Kim to sell our house is she is approachable, kind, professional and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy as a buyer and a seller. She helped us so much with ideas, dressing our spare room, advice and guidance throughout the whole process. She was extremely thorough and always answered tie phone. Her weekly reports were incredibly detailed and a joy to read. We would not look for anyone else if we decide to sell our house again

We used Kim Gordon to sell our home for us and to organise the sale of our second property in another area so we could bid on our next dream home at auction. I would like to believe that Katie gave us exceptional customer service and went above and beyond for us because she really likes us, however I suspect she does this for all her clients. Katie was very ethical to deal with, we felt that she was honest, fair and caring on both sides of the deal. She has the patience of a saint… all my annoying questions were treated with respect and researched and answered with exceptional detail. She even put boots on and took us on a tour of the farm, I think we hiked for a couple of hours - that’s dedication for you! It was Katie’s diligent follow up and gentle guidance that helped us work through initial mental barriers in relation to our purchase, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision now. Without her input we would have taken the safe and easy option to stay put, but we realised we are ready for a big (but scary) lifestyle change. So… if you want to sell your house with an agent that goes above and beyond for you, thoroughly follows up on interest and knows her stuff - Katie is your agent! Sadly for Katie she is stuck with us for life now - we will definitely use her when/if we decide to sell in the future.

I would like to publicly thank Donna Wyllie at Remax Warkworth for all the work and professionalism she put into the selling of our house in Coquette street. Not only did we purchase the property from her 3 years ago, but she kept in contact with us throughout our time there, always acknowledging the hard work we put into our beloved home. Wow is all I can say about our experience with Kim and Katie. Had I gone with other local real estate agents our house would have been so undervalued. As first time sellers we had a lot of questions and they answered them thoroughly, explaining the process to us with lots of detail. I would highly recommend them.

My wife, Ali, and I had been looking for a life-change by moving from the city to a more tranquil and "earthy" location. We came across a property that we really liked the look of and so reached out to the listing agent Katie Boyle - what a lovely woman - so welcoming, calm and friendly. She was very thorough in presenting the property, fully informed and accommodating, as we needed to travel an hour or so to Warkworth for any viewing. We made an offer on the property that we liked with some conditions that Katie fully understood; unfortunately we couldn't pursue that purchase through no fault of the property or marketing. Katie stayed on the case; she had really listened to what we liked, didn't like and our aspirations, so it didn't take her long to exercise her network and come up with an even better option for us. Again we were afforded flexible access to the property and lot's of backwards and forwards questions were coordinated through her (townies getting a little nervous with this new rural gig). We have purchased, we move in next year - woohoo. But wait, there's more … in passing Ali mentioned that her mum was looking to move and we thought Warkworth could be an awesome destination; we gave Katie the details (which included a lower price range) … she had nothing but would keep her eye out - nek minute .. "none of these are my listings, but all worth looking at" - she was right; again had listened to our brief and put forward some really good suggestions more than once. Thanks Katie and thanks Remax - the journey so far has been awesome.
