I was impressed with Ben and his team. I selected him as the agent as I found him to be a good listener, presented with a decent marketing strategy, he did not over inflate my expectations nor tell me what he thought I probably wanted to hear. These are some points I found to be seriously lacking with other agents I had appraise the property prior. Once the property hit the market the process was painless right through till the end of the tender process. Was very happy with the sale price.
