David Barnett was very clear on the plan and timings to sell my house and made recommendations that would improve the sale as well as give genuine advice on the current market. He and his team made the job to do feel seamless despite lockdown before the due Tender date. Communication was professional and put at ease any of my concerns or questions I raised. I would highly recommend David at Just Paterson. Mike Lovell was also on the team who was clear and concise some of activities to get my house ready for selling. He gave me a high level of confidence based on his experience in the market. He was excellent on his communication keeping me updated on progress. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my house being sold and would highly recommend Mike if you are looking to sell or buy a home!

We were very impressed with the hard work, professionalism and friendliness of Charles and all of the team at Just Paterson. They communicated with us consistently throughout the process, including during lockdown and we always felt well informed and in the loop. Sale of family home. Charles' advise on pricing, our expectations and marketing strategy was spot on in a shifting market. Lovely and very responsive agent - fantastic experience Kim has excellent market knowledge of Eastbourne and many contacts locally. She is wonderful to deal with and always responds very quickly - she is often to your house in a matter of minutes when you get in touch with her! Although you know she is trying hard to get the best outcome for the seller, it also feels like she is on your side as well (as the buyer in the situation), and what she really aims for is a great outcome for all parties.

A great experience buying a house I’m yet to see! I’m from Auckland and was looking for a property to house my uni son in Wellington. I was very lucky the cottage I had my eye on was listed with Mike. He equipped me with all I needed to make a confident offer. Nick Mahan: A genuine good guy We lost Nick for a while when he switched agencies but picked him up again once we'd got a resource consent to make section more marketable. The best thing about Nick is he didn't dismiss our hard work in getting resource consent and cared what we thought and treated us with respect which is more than I can say for a couple of other agents.
