Annie and Aaron were great to deal with throughout our process of trying to buy another house that was conditional on selling our house. They were the agents on both deals and they managed to pull a deal together in extremely tough market conditions. While we didn't achieve 6 month ago prices we felt like that was only to do with the current market and we couldn't fault their efforts to attract and retain any potential buyers. We were very impressed with their professionalism, communication and assistance to make a tough deal work. Well done Aaron and Annie, thank you to the rest of the Lowe and Co. team. We are looking forward to our next adventure!

We managed to buy a stunning property for a great price virtually from Seoul. From beginning to end Emma Young and her team were able to do wonderful virtual tours and show friends through to enable us to get a sense of the property. Emma and Mitchell were professional and exceptionally responsive, considering time differences and the difficulties in buying from abroad. I could not recommend their services more highly. Marcia Paterson just sold my house which I had bought off her previously. Selling our house using Lowe and Co was an unqualified success, delivering a sale even while in Level 4 lockdown. On purchasing a first home I was lucky enough to meet Anastasia Hicky who to this day I have never had such great customer service as Anastasia provided, she worked over and beyond and I don't even know how she manages to sleep. She provided every single detail of information and if she didn't have it, she was outstandingly fast at retrieving information and relaying it back, she even allowed for calls after hours. Anastasia was a wealth of knowledge when it came to paper work, contact with the owner and making me feel that she wasn't watching my journey, but that she was on the journey with me. Craig Lowe and Emma Young took on the sale of my apartment in central Wellington. Throughout the planning period, I felt well informed and engaged (but with very little I needed to do). The sale was very difficult due to earthquake-related issues, and it looked like I wasn't going to be able to sell. Both Emma and Craig showed us very clearly that their only priority was getting my partner and I an outcome that was acceptable to us - which meant persevering with the sale over an extended period (and with a greatly reduced potential commission for that effort). About 2 weeks before I myself was ready to call quits, they found that perfect point in the market, and with the type of buyers we needed - and it was sold in the next couple of days. I was hugely relieved that my partner and I were now unstuck and able to pursue our plans for the future out of town. I have been buying and selling properties for over 30 years here and overseas. The essential element in achieving a good result is the trust you have in your agent. My experience with Lowe & Co has been nothing short of outstanding. They are a well managed company with a very high number of energetic professionals in support of each agent. My experience with agent Nick Major was extremely positive. Right from the start his advice on pricing, presentation and timing was invaluable and spot on. It was so easy selling our house with Craig and Ben. Everyone told us selling a house would be the most stressful thing we would every do but honestly even on our tender due date we felt completely relaxed.
