S.Kathrine (and Kate our previous property manager) have been amazing property managers for me, my partner and our cats. Any issues we had while living at our house was always taken care of quickly. M.We have been renting a property with manage my property since May 2020 and we have always had a good relationship with Amy Jordan our Property Manager, then in December 2021 we received an email saying the LL did not want to renew our lease and we could not understand why as we looked after his property, passed all inspections, anything that was faulty of breaking in the property, was there since we moved in and we wanted it rectified, during this whole stressful process, I was looking for properties to move in and got rejected with several as they wanted long term fixed leases and not short term or periodic, this put a lot of pressure on myself and family. I raised my concerns to Amy and told her it was unfair as we are good tenants, clean, tidy, passed all inspections and paid on time, so AMY came to the rescue and worked really hard to negotiate with the landlord and me. She was professional, very responsive, she is fair, honest and made it possible for us to stay on a periodic contract until our home is built, she has always been pleasant to deal with during inspections and very reliable. She is hard working and has the best interest of both parties. So thank you so much Amy for sorting out our issues with landlord and when we have a rental in the future, we will definitely use you. A HUGE thank you for everything and I know you understood the stress it caused on us as a young family and she knew it is hard to find short term rentals and I appreciate her stepping in to resolve the whole situation...Thanks once again for everything Amy and we truly appreciate..

s.Managemyproperty has been managing the rental I live in for more than a year and renewing the lease was a no brainer with them in charge. They always checkup on tenants and promptly address issues if there are any.
Special shout out to Kristina who has been super awesome to work with. Definitely get's my approval if you are looking for property for rent or looking for your rental to be managed.
