Angelina took over from our a previous property manager and we were very happy with her. She always communicated well with us. Especially with inspections, sorting out our house to get it up to scratch for the Healthy Home Standards. And then working with us while we sold it. It wasnt an easy job dealing with two sets of tenants will selling a house, when we were not living in New Zealand, but she really helped us out. Thank you Angelina

Fantastic Rental Agency. Probably the best I have dealt with in my 12 years of renting. Our property Manager, Angelina Tucci was welcoming right from day one when we met her and was super quick to respond to any queries. We had some challenges with our internet & TV aerial connectivity during the Level 4 lock down however; Angelina was on to it as soon as I informed her and got it sorted quickly. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!

I've had a good experience with Oxygen as a tenant, my property manager Aimee Bosworth has always been very prompt fixing the various issues that have propped up. She was also helpful when I had a difficult situation with a problematic flatmate, good service overall.

We have had 3 property managers during our tenancy. All have been great to deal with. Hanna Parnell is our current property manager. Although we have not met in person, she has been wonderful to communicate with over the phone and email. In the first few weeks of the national lockdown, Hanna made phone contact to check-in on us to make sure we were ok, and we really appreciated that.

Rented an apartment through Oxygen from May 2019-July 2020. Mostly they were great! Angelina always communicated promptly whenever something came up and I never had any hassles. I particularly appreciated her proactively checking in to make sure things were ok during the covid19 lockdown. The Body Corp for the apartment building were a bit overbearing (threatening occupants with fines they had no legal authority to issue) and hopeless (the building receives no recycling services, which I thought was awful, and there was poor maintenance of common areas like building entry doors, lobby's and laundry room). Oxygen could have earned a 5th star if they'd been stronger at dealing with them. But overall a positive experience. I'd be happy to rent through them again.

My apartment has been managed by Oxygen Wellington since I moved in 7 years ago and I have never had any issues with their service. Quick to respond when a problem arises. I liked how I was contacted prior to the covid 19 lock down to ensure I was in a good space.

The apartment we moved into had very old appliances and didn't appear to be well looked after by the previous tenants, Angelina was quick with her responce and replaced the appliances, most of which stopped working during covid. Angleina is lovely. friendly, and always happy to help!
