I've been with Quinovic Vivian St for 12+ years, and love the service they provide. They take all the difficulties of running an investment property off my hands, and make it easy. The quality of tenants they have put into my property over the years has been very good, and I also like that Quinovic respond to all problems the tenants raise as soon as is possible, keeping the tenants happy and healthy too.

Jenny, Wendy and the team at Quinovic are a pleasure to deal with. They have been managing our investment in Wellington since it was completed in 2019 and we couldn't be happier with the service. I've been a tenant under Quinovic Vivian street for about 18 months now and they have been really awesome! We've had many repairs done at a really timely manner and when the chattels aren't repairable they've been replaced promptly. We even managed to get a new dishwasher installed on the day before level 4 lockdown. We've had 2 property managers since the start of my tenancy and both of them have been really helpful, compassionate and communicate well. Our property inspections are regular and feedback is always the next day. We've had a few tenants come and go and the handoff between tenants has gone really well too. No complaints! Thanks for taking care of us as tenants, it really helps make our rental feel like home

I have found their service to be very good. I have had 3 properties managed by them for a long time and currently they are managing one. I have also had no issues with tenants and no arrears of rent payments. They always select good tenants so that makes it easy for me to manage the properties especially as I am based in Australia. Quinovic does regular inspections and looks after all the essential maintenance.

I've used the service of Quinovic Vivian Street since 2005, so over 10 years and have always been happy with their level of service; professional and prompt communications have always been maintained, despite my base in Asia. My property have always been tenanted, and I trust them in their tenant selection. My property managers (I had two during the period I was with them) were very knowledgeable and always available for consultation whenever I had some questions. Property maintenance work that were needed were also communicated to me for consideration and were actioned after agreed. It was such a pleasure dealing with them. Overall, I highly recommend their service for any property owner.

I can't agree with other reviews at all. Quinovic has been very helpful and forthcoming from the beginning. They are taking care of all maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. We have inspections every 3 months (industry average) and you don't have to be home if you can't make it. So no inconvenience. We are renting an apartment right in the CBD. This has been the best experience we had with a rental agency in Wellington so far.

We have always had excellent, attentive and efficient service from Quinovic Vivian Street, both from the principals Jenny Tamplin and Stephen Dacombe-Bird, and from individual property managers. They care for us as owners when we are in residence, as well as for the tenants who occupy our apartment 8 months of the year, and of course for the property itself. The care is personal and high quality, with meticulous attention to detail. For more than 10 years, they have done a great job of finding good tenants for us, despite the fact that a short-term 8-9 month tenancy is not straightforward. Quinovic Vivian Street are first class property managers. I cannot rate them or recommend them highly enough.

I honestly can't understand the hate that Quinovic Vivian St has experienced on Google Maps. I had nothing but absolutely exceptional service from everyone at Quinovic. We had started looking for properties in January which as it turns out is probably the WORST time to find a property due to how busy it was. The first property we looked at we unfortunately missed out on, but after calling Quinovic and asking whether they knew of any other properties that might suit us, they tried their absolute best to ensure we found what we were looking for. They even organised a viewing for a property for us that turned out to be even nicer than the property we had originally seen. A special shout out to Tracy, Diana, Sarah (apologies if I got the names totally wrong), Brent and Wendy for making the whole process as easy as possible and for investing as much time into us as they possibly could. Easily the best letting agent I've ever dealt with.
