Although she acted for the vendors and I was the buyer, she provided me with useful tips and advice regarding the home buying process for first home buyers, while not compromising the vendors' interest. Lana is approachable, reliable and honest. She helped make the home buying process easy and seamless for me as far as practical. During the process I also noted she worked extremely hard with long hours; she was diligent with many open homes to meet the vendors' requirements. She even went the extra mile to help with the negotiation between me and the vendors, ensuring that both parties were satisfied with the outcome.
