Scotty sold our property in just 1 week and he brought it an unconditional offer which was far higher than our most optimistic market expectation. At the beginning I believed that Scotty could have never achieved the sale results he promised us, and so, I was cautious and diffident. But Scotty soon proved that he was right…... He obtained for our property sale more than what promised and more than what we thought was possible to achieve. We have known Scotty for over 15 years now. In a market with a number of very good property / real estate professionals, he has stood out for us as a go-to person for all things related to property. Buying or selling has been painless and accomplished with much assistance and support from Scotty and his team. Our first contact with Scotty was when we had moved back to Wellington and were desperate to buy a nice house in the midst of a busy work schedule. We saw many houses till we spotted our dream house! In those days it was a tough one to get a house that was much desired in the location. Scotty acted in the best interests of his client but equally was supportive of the buyers in getting the best outcome for all parties. It was through that transaction, it crystallised for us that if we were ever selling, it would be with Scotty as his professionalism and passion for the best client outcome shone through. We moved back and forth from Wellington a few times and looked at selling but the house was our anchor so we did not. Scotty, patiently supported us through 2 abortive attempts in our process to sell without the least bit of complaint and his approach was always "when your are ready" which made it feel a lot better. Sadly, we made our decision to sell and Scotty came through and worked with us to achieve an outcome in an uncertain market that we are thankful for. Nothing was too much trouble, he was able to help us through the entire process and though we were in Auckland, everything worked brilliantly. We suffered through the lockdown agonising on our decision and time to sell but very shortly after, like a ray of sunshine, we had an offer we were more than happy with. I am glad to have found Scotty and to have him support us through this emotional process and deliver a result that eased our pain of leaving the family home and memories.
