A.Stable Property Management was nothing short of a joy to deal with. Kate was our property manager and was responsive, easy to deal with and always happy to help. While I didn't meet her in person, I felt comfortable she would always look after our concerns as renters. Even when there was an issue with a change of tenancy and occupants, she used sound judgement and worked to achieve the best result.
A.Until very recently I was a long-term tenant of an inner city studio apartment managed by Stable Property. My experience in dealing with the company has been positive from the very first contact - they have been unfailingly responsive, reliable, and professional in every aspect of my tenancy. I recommend Stable Property if you are looking for a high standard of rental property. Be a good tenant please - in my experience it pays off.
All of my dealings with Stable Property personnel have been friendly and very professional. Through them, I have also managed to have indirect access to the property owner and each of the lease renewals have been undertaken in good faith by all parties.
I have been a tenant in the Wellington CBD since October 1998 and have dealt with only four agencies in that time. Stable Property Matters have the edge on the others - I highly recommend their services to careful property owners and to all honest, reliable tenants.
H.Stable Property team are wonderful, they are always quick to respond and resolve any issues in a friendly and professional manner. With so many negative stories of tennant/property manager realtions in Wellington, Stable Property are a refreshing addition and are leading the way in the property management field. A special shout out to Jenna and Lincoln for your always helpful attitude and to Sam for making us feel comfortable when it comes to inspection time, the chocolates are always welcomed too!

They were amazing property managers for both us as landlords, and also for our tenants. We recently moved back to our property and it’s in absolutely perfect condition! J.Kate, Sarah, and the rest of the team at Stable Property Matters set a really high bar for property management. They've been quick, responsive, and very helpful for even the smallest things. Frankly, the exact opposite of all the horror stories I heard before moving to Wellington.
N.Kate and the team at Stable Property have been absolutely wonderful property managers, and I can’t recommend them more. We rented an apartment with them for 3 years, and during this time they were always responsive, communicative, and lovely to deal with. Everyone we've recommended them to has said that they’ve been a delight to deal with, can't recommend more!
M.Kate is an absolute pro at what she does. As a tenant, I appreciated so much for her consistent professionalism, particularly her clear communication styles and amazing customer-focused approach. She was always very quick to respond to all of my requests/questions. Any issues that I encountered with my rental property were dealt with efficiently, at such high standards. Kate is a kind, warm and professional person to work with and I highly recommend her and Stable Property Matters to anyone.
Z.Stable Property has been superb as my recent property managers. They were responsive and attentive to any issues that came up during the two and a half years that we lived in one of their apartments. We absolutely loved the apartment, and having their excellent service available when needed made the living experience fantastic. I look forward to renting from them in the future, as they have set the bar impossibly high.
O.Lincoln and the team have been incredibly helpful, communicative, prompt, and accommodating through the entire process. The showing of our apartment was thorough and all questions were answered. The application process was straightforward and any questions I had were answered quickly. Each time I called, I was remembered and greeted warmly and all phone calls were returned within the same day, normally within the hour even. Moving is such a stressful process, but this team of property managers have made it easy with how professional, helpful and organised they are. I can't recommend Stable Property Matters enough!
