K.We are still at the beginning of our home selling journey with Paul and Sabine but the care and attention they have given so far is exceptional. We have gotten their advice about things to do around our home to make it more appealing to buyers, which we are doing slowly. We also met to get advice from them on the market in general. They responded quickly to a request for information on the likely selling price of our home and gave us more than we expected. They are helpful and knowledgeable. We believe they will take care of us throughout the process and we will get a good price on our home.
M.We engaged Paul Doney of Tall Poppy to sell our house in July. It looked as if it would be a very straightforward process. However, a major weather event intervened and much work had to be done before the house came on the market. In the emergency Paul gave up considerable time to help and afterwards patiently advised us and monitored the repairs until we could go ahead with the sale in October. This was a very smooth process and we are very happy with the result.
L.If I needed to sell my house again, I would absolutely use Paul and Tall Poppy. Their process is much simpler and fairer to everyone involved, and they were very competent and professional. In hindsight I would never have gotten such a good result with so little stress without their help.
