If you are looking for your next Property Manager I would not hesitate to recommend Julia from Tommy’s Kapiti. She is excellent at what she does, from our very first interaction Julia was informative and transparent. We were first time investment property owners and the process was a little daunting to us at the start. Julia worked hard to find suitable tenants for our home and also stepped us through the new healthy homes policy (with a lot of patience). Fast forward a year and we have excellent tenants and excellent ongoing communication from her. She really is a star Property Manager :)

to whom it may concern Julia Day was our property manager at 3 Sunny Glen for a period of approximately 7 months over 2019 to 2020. She was an efficient, on-the-ball, no nonsense, very professional type of person who took her job very seriously but still had a friendly outgoing manner. Jack is a very accommodating and professional property manager. From the beginning, he responded quickly to maintenance requests and issues were remedied promptly. My husband and I were extremely grateful for being allowed our greyhound at the property in addition to a flatmate's dog. Jack was very understanding when our circumstances changed and made the process easy and painless. Jack is by far the best property manager we have had (let's be honest - most don't show a lick of compassion or understanding), and I hope other property managers will learn from his outstanding example. Jack Sargentina has acted as my property manager for some time now, and I can attest to his professionalism, and reliability. He has always proved to be prompt with any issue arising from the two flats that he manages for me, and is always quick to react to any urgent matter arising, whether tenant, or property related, and there have been several over the last few months. I would certainly recommend him to any Landlord looking for a high quality manager, that can always be relied on.

I have had troubles with previous tenancy managers, since ive been with Tommys, Both Tenancy manager & The owner of the home have been super great. Communication is great, the 1st question Julia always asks is if we are needing any maintenance and are we still happy with the home. I use to get extremely anxious providing my previous tenancy manager with any maintenance issues. It feels great knowing i do not have that issue with Julia. She is super friendly & easy to conversate with. Understanding to certain situations of mine and well cooperative with me. Julia has been situated in a new area so will no longer be my tenancy manager as of October. She will be missed, However from the great experience i have had with Julia i am looking forward to meeting the new one as im sure all Tommys workers are great. Ive recomended Tommy's to friends and family who are looking at relocating, my view on the company so far has been superb!

KP stands out from all other property managers we have worked with over the years. He is very responsive to us about any problems, when we are tenanting a property or there's an issue that the tenants bring to his attention. We have 4 properties currently managed by KP of Tommy's and he will pick up the rest of our Wellington portfolio as the current tenancies expire. We feel that KP genuinely looks after our interests with these properties, balanced with managing the tenancies consistent with the updated tenancy law. We wish we could get him to manage our property elsewhere!

I had Julia Day as my property manager at my home in Otaki Beach. I hadn't intended to be a landlord or rent out my house, so having someone to look after the details for me made it so much less stressful. I would especially recommend Julia, as she is super lovely, and her communication and updates were excellent, and I believe she was also great with the tenants. Jack has been a superstar Property manager for our newly settled apartment. Nothing has been too difficult, where he is efficient and professional in all our dealings. We don't live in Wellington so all interactions have been completed with Jack over phone/email where we haven't had to worry about anything. Jack has worked with multiple trade and whiteware providers to assist us in getting our apartment ready for rent. In terms of new tenants Jack worked hard to secure new tenants within a short time frame which has been a fantastic experience.
