We purchased a property through Ray White, Paula Lucas earlier in 2018, and also had some dealings with her husband Tony as well. Paula was extremely helpful and professional at all times, as it can be quite stressful when you don't actually live in the town. She kept us up to date with any new listings and was always there to chat to, if we had any questions or concerns. Tony and Paula Lucas achieved a great result for us selling our bach, within our timeline we set. Paula even added final finishing touches to the bach for us making it appeal to a wider range of potential buyers. Mike Jeefcoat made selling our bach at Whangamata easier than we anticipated. He had to work with many owners and did so effortlessly. Because the title from crosss lease to fee simple hadn't been processed he was great at following up and keeping abreast of the situation. It isn't easy selling a family bach that we had owned for 28 years. Alot of heart and soul had gone into it. Mike was sensitive , that for some , this was a hard process.

Mike's an excellent agent. He was very effective at preparing our property for sale and getting us a fantastic price. I highly recommend him if you're selling in whangamata.
