As a new landlord ourselves, we have been impressed by Landlords Link since the first meeting. They're efficient and great at what they do. The team are responsive to emails and calls and will work quickly to resolve anything for you. They have a robust internal process to screen applicants and provided as great experience for us during the tenant selection process. They're knowledgeable in what they do and have my full trust in handling our property. They have an efficient digital system for managing required maintenance to ensure you are informed of the progress, costs etc. and can approve jobs from quotes easily online. I've heard first hand from trade companies on how great Landlords Link are to work with also. Highly recommended to all tenants, trade partners and property owners.

We have been living in a house under landlords link for nearly a year now, and we have had the best experience with them. We have received plenty of notice before inspections and if there is anything wrong with the property almost immediately has been dealt with. All in all, a great service.

I was realy sad to leave landlords link because Abby had been such a good landlady she was very kind to me and a very motherly and kind person who likes kids she was always kind and understanding and I'm going to miss her she helped me and my children and I was sad to lose her as my landlord 😞they also always respected my privacy and gave me plenty of notice for inspections ❤️🌹though I was very sad that my rental was sold because I would have stayed there for many many years

My first impression of dealing with Landlords link was the professional attitude while maintaining a personal touch. Coming from Auckland, this was a welcome and refreshing change. Letitia is attentive, helpful and all responses are presented in a timely manner. Easy to recommend.

I feel that my property manager is easy to communicate with. Any problems with flat are sorted out quickly and effectively. I like that you can go on Website and report any maintance issues. I'm very happy that I'm with landlords Link. They seem to me to be a great team, that cares for their tenants as well as their landlords. Thankyou for your great work.

I've been a Tennant for several Landlord link properties. They are very thorough & care for the properties. They also communicate well with the renters. Letitia was our property manager for our last rental & she was very attentive to our needs & responsive when there were issues with the property. Now that I am a homeowner I don't need their service but if ever I would rent my home, I would use Landlord Link.

I've been staying at one of the properties they are managing for 3 years. They were friendly, professional and active. Letitia replied to my emails within hours and quickly actioned requests I've had during my stay. No issues and I was happy during the stay.

She went above and beyond for my family and I in helping us find the perfect home, her communication was superb and she was very friendly and has made everything feel very easy and stress free! They on to it, polite when needed and tough when a tenant drops the ball, but not in a crazy way.😉 Inspections are done with a courteous attitude and plenty of notice is given.
