I am a professional landlord I have over 10 properties currently being managed by The Watsons Realestate These guys are reasonable and easy to work with. They get maintenance done at an affordable price. The Son Bradley who is also on the team has a side business of property maintenance and he does a great job. Compared to other provenances I deal with he is very cheap at a high quality Ross and Barbara have decades of experience! Ross has been quoted by news organisations such as the Herald a number of times through the years he knows his stuff I have properties all over New Zealand my only complaint is that I wish I could clone these guys for my other portfolios They are the best property managers I have ever and will ever have!!!!!!!
