S.I have had two awesome experiences selling properties with 2 different agents from Bayleys Real Estate, Mike Murphy from the Pukekohe branch 2 years ago (house sold for more than expected within a week!) and Tanya Maich from Whangarei branch 2 weeks ago (property sold within 4 weeks!). All dealings with them and their support staff were just lovely. Even the auctioneer was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, and Tanya spent a LOT of time and effort selling our property and dealt with everyone on our behalf during the pre-Christmas weeks which were crazy.
