Rentals section is excellent. We have had properties with them for a few years now and are very pleased with their service. The tenants they put into our properties have been top notch and they do regular inspections to ensure they are well maintained. Rent has always been paid into our account on the 1st of the month without fail. Also necessary repairs or maintenance have been taken care of quickly. Their communication is excellent ... we always know what is going on.

Harcourts Whangarei have managed and sold our rental properties. We have been very impressed with the service that we received with both the rentals and sales sides of Harcourts Whangarei. The Rentals team found excellent tenants who looked after the properties and never missed a rent payment, the inspections were always thorough and any maintenance reported so that we could have it attended to as soon as possible, the accounting side of things was very useful for the end of financial year with our accountant. We always received prompt communication from our property management team Rachel and Ryan. Due to a change in our circumstances we have recently sold our last rental property. We have always used Diane Weaver to sell our properties. She always gets great prices and keeps us in the loop with whats happening. I am very happy we choose to use Harcourts and will be using them in the future.
