It’s obvious James loves what he does From the very first conversation with James at Ray White and after making the big decision to sell our house in Ruakaka I just knew from the get-go James was the right person to list with. His approach is sincere and straight up and with ourselves being quite some distance from the property and not really knowing the current Bream Bay market this was necessary and exactly what we needed. It’s obvious James loves what he does and this equated to a great rapport. James went the extra mile for us on a number of occasions and made sure we were fully advised and up to date throughout the stages. We were delighted with the care James took for us during the sale process and very happy with the price achieved. I would not hesitate at all with entrusting another property sale with James and highly recommend him.

Carleen was fantastic to deal with. She was friendly and welcoming during the open home, she gave us all the information we required and more about the property and was honest with what was happening with the auction extension. She even stayed over an hour late after the end of the open home to allow us to have a builder inspect the property. Carleen's communication was perfect; if we needed to know anything then she was just a text or a call away and was quick to respond. When it came to the conditional offer toward the end of the process, she was great with relaying information to help us out but also looked after the best interests of the vender which I respect greatly. Overall, we would have her sell our house when ready or if we purchase another house, we will be seeking her help immediately. She was the best agent we have dealt with. Thank you so much Carleen.

We are very glad to have had Cara and Brad as our agents. We had our property sold in two weeks that giving the current market, it is an absolute record at the price we were expecting to sell. This made our move to Aussie much easier and less stressful, giving us the opportunity to buy our dream home a month after our sale. Cara and Brad also helped with the last thing left after our move and they also met the buyer requests to finalise the sale. Cara was very helpful before the open homes to maximise house presentation, moving things around and emphasising the good things that the house could offer. I would use them again.

I would like to take the time to thank Rachel and Tony from Ray White Bream Bay for all of their work earlier this year in selling my parents property. My family and I were hit with some hard news at the end of last year, my Dad had become very unwell which led to a cancer diagnosis. We were heartbroken to say the least. As Dad's health began to deteriorate (quickly) we made the tough decision to sell Mum & Dad's beautiful house a house that we had spent many wonderful Summers/times altogether at. Dad really couldn't cope with selling their house and due to my Mum struggling with Dementia, I stepped in and started the process. We initially met with Tony & Rachel twice, both under quite stressful times & both times they were warm, compassionate, caring and incredibly supportive of this task for us all ahead. Rachel and Tony took on our property and we felt like they sold it as if it was one of their own property's. They wanted Mum and Dad to be as happy as they could with selling the property. As Mum and Dad were living with me when the house went on the market, Rachel continuously offered to source cleaners, gardeners, property maintenance help wherever she could. She regularly kept in touch & checked I was doing ok. It was an immensely stressful time for me (and for my parents) but it was nice I could take the stress off them and I felt Rachel & Tony made it as smooth as they could for me. You guys are amazing people and I apologise this has taken me so long to write, but I again can't thank you both for all that you did for my family and I during that period. As you both know Dad sadly, passed away 4 days after Hoihere settled. It was nice to get it all completed for them both before he left. Thanks team!

As buyers we realise the agent is working for the vendor which is as it should be. However, Mike Barrett was outstanding with the information and service he provided to us as purchasers. He had all the important details and plans in the house brochure which was great, it saves time for the buyer and also shows the agent is doing a thorough job. Mike is very pleasant to deal with and follows up on questions in a timely fashion, he pays attention to detail at the critical points and can have a laugh too. Mike puts in the effort and time to broker a great result for both parties and I highly recommend him to you.

Excellent Service Carleen was a very helpful and knowledgeable person to deal with. She was very helpful especially helping us sort out builders etc as we were from Auckland when we started the process of buying a section and not totally sure of what we were doing.

Mike Barrett went above and beyond for us to not only purchase the property he was the agent for but gave us great support, ideas and welcome advise on selling our property.
