Having vetted several other agents before deciding upon Tania, she stood out amongst them all with her diligence, attention to detail, and going above and beyond before we secured her as our agent. You would think she was selling her own home with the work she put in and the care she showed for an investment property two hours away from us. She made all the difference!

R. E.Murray was incredible! . My sister and I are both located outside of New Zealand, so logistics of selling a home at Ngunguru had a few extra hurdles. First off Murray provided a comprehensive and realistic evaluation of the home and provided solid comparisons of how the district real estate was faring. He then continued to work with us to get the best price possible, with minimal inputs.
Murray worked with the energy supplier to reconnect power, engaged a roof cleaner, lawn mower man, and even picked up a new oven for the purchaser. I was blown away with how helpful, generous with his time, and authentic he was.
