Stephanie got $845,000 for our house when every other agent said we’d only get in the mid 700s.
She also managed to do it in impossible looking circumstances. We’d bought a house in another city, as we were moving for work. It was crucial to have our house in Whangarei sold in time for everything not to fall over. It really didn’t look good. Stephanie told us, “Don’t worry about it. If anyone can do it, I can.” Then she did!!
The other complication was that we ran out of time to get consent for a new ensuite bathroom. Stephanie gathered our tradesmen’s details and photos from us for the new buyer to apply for the consent after the purchase.
We met Stephanie when we bought a house she was selling. We instantly liked her. She has a gift with dealing with people. A real people person that others are drawn to. She’s really likeable, beautifully presented, unassuming, friendly and straight up. You know she knows her profession inside out and has experienced any given scenario.
