The virus situation affected the market a lot, especially the lockdown time. Lisa surprised me she found the perfect tenants within 2 weeks. She’s super efficient and organized. Lisa was an excellent choice as our property manager. Our income has always been transferred on time, she has always kept us apprised of anything that we need to know well ahead of time, her inspection reports are detailed with many pictures, so just as good as walking through the property ourselves, and she's always dealt with our tenants professionally, keeping good rapport with them, while firmly pushing for required changes if necessary (and sometimes dealing with a language barrier), and doing all this at a competitive rate.
