Hands down best food and best service i had ever had at any KFC in the country. Amidst a pandemic the 3 lads who served us in the drive through (no dine in) were awesome. The guy taking the order did so with a smile and was clearly enjoying himself . Sounded genuinely happy to serve us. The next guys took our payment again happy in his work, big smile and genuine. Finally the serve who gave us our meals, super quick, was pleased to do so. Great service and I mean it. Food was delicious, clearly made with some love. Thank you. (Visited Friday 11 March around 6pm).

We visited the store to dine in. The store was well organised. Isaac on the counter was very professional. He greeted us, asked for our vaccine pass in a friendly manner. The food was served quickly. We dined upstairs in a clean and tidy dinning area. This store is a credit to Restaurant Brands and Isaac is the best front of house server at any KFC.

At the drive thru, check your order before leaving. I dont know if staff seemed to forget whats included (new staff maybe). Better ask for receipt. For the management, please try to separate any combos for us customers to know easily if something isn't in there. All in all, the experience was a breeze just took 2-5 minutes but depends on what you ordered.

The dining area upstairs was clean and tidy, the meal was served within an acceptable time and was what was expected. The carpark is a pain when the drive thru is busy, as the waiting cars block the exit. Fortunately the cars wiggle out of the entrance so you can exit the carpark

Was really good. Hot, fresh and delicious. Chips were HOT! Hallelujah! And also had a decent amount of seasoning on them too which was great. Have great, fancy bathrooms-we're nice and clean. Had my order wrong/confused the burger but they still made it right, couldn't ask for more.

Was a typical KFC experience haha. Ordered something customized and they didn't do it lol. Had to go in again there to get it fixed. But great customer service by Shane. He just didn't get my order fixed, but offered me something extra as well. And that with a smile! Good on ya mate keep it up!!

Waitress was lovely. The deep fried pickles were yum. I shared a platter of seafood was disappointed with the size of the salmon and other seafood as there was lots of mussels and a huge loaf of bread. $ 60 I thought was a bit overpriced.

Your upbeat demeanor absolutly needs to be congratulated and I am so sorry I didnt know your name. Wee blondie and I noticed a small tattoo on the back of your neck. Sorry team, fries were great with extra seasoning but cricky the hash brown in the burger was sooooo dry and had no potatoe left inside, chewy as heck. Popcorn chicken were cold and extremely dry. Your customer service got a 5 your food got a 2

Chicken was dry. Place is small. Not easy to find a park when it gets busy. When we sat there were flies annoying the heck out of our experience and service was rather slow as the server kept chatting to his coworker before packing the order. Plus is the free chips and drink when you return your receipt.
