Yum!!!! Thank you. This dish was delicious. Fresh pasta, very tasty. The most friendly staff and going beyond to give me a great experience. I'm definitely going to go back. Parking can be found close to the restaurant.

Lovely intimate space, eye catching decor. The friendly staff invited us in as we walked by, definitely don't regret it! We shared a pizza and pasta - they we're perfect. Tiramisu was divine! Would definitely go again.

Best ITALIAN FOOD IN THE WORLD!!! The garlic bread is the best!1 Unfortunately the garlic bread famous pizza and garlic bread maker left! (BUT STILL ITS SO GOOD)! The Pollo alla Marsala is so good! And also the cannelloni (my family cant stop eating it!) Anyways its clean and VERY friendly staff!

OMG!!! This is my very favourite place in the whole world. My family and i went to their Whangaparaoa restaurant two or three times a month for years before they closed. Divine food, big servings at a great price and of course the friendliest service in town. It is worth the 45mn drive for us to dine here. Highly recommend to all.

First time coming here for myself and partner and we both ordered alfredo fettuccine takeaway and it was the best pasta we've had in a long time. as soon as you get close to this place you can smell it which is a good sign. staff were very cheerful and friendly and if your wanting to support local for a nice place to eat this is it!

Lovely friendly staff, came and had a nice chat to us! The food was delicious! I had the bolognaise gnocci. I am quite fussy with bolognaise sauce so i was risking it and I am so pleased to say it tasted divine! The garlic bread was also very tasty. My fussy husband had the seafood risotto and he loved it! We didn't have to wait long to be served either even though they were busy. The fact that the staff were so friendly and attentive means I'm giving them the highest score. Great food and great service!

We've been here a few times now and the food is delicious. We have had the calamari every time and it is sensational. Not oily, cooked to perfection. I feel very lucky to be able to walk to this local restaurant. Service is very easy going and friendly. Well priced.

It's a really good restaurant. This is my second visit in two days when I came here by chance. I ate lasagna on the first day and fish on the second day and it was very good. The tomato sauce in lasagna is more like an art piece (and a very handsome Italian owner serves himself in the afternoon)

Very welcoming staff and very cosy atmosphere. Our meal was served quickly and was so delicious. So many flavours! Prices were reasonable, as in the same as most restaurants. Try the pizza bread. So light and crispy and delicious! I can still smell it!! Definitely going back, ASAP! We had the fish of the day meal. Quite a big serving with lots of vegetables . I love the atmosphere and decor there. It feels like I could be in Italy! Always greeted warmly. Water served throughout. Never been disappointed. No wonder we keep going back.

First time went there. I ordered seafood risotto and it was very tasty. I tried some other meat meal and it was nice too. About service, I think bit slow and they could do better. When we got table, we asked for the water. When we order, we asked a waiter to take our orders, after the meal, we asked for a dessert menu. Restaurant atmosphere was good but for me it was bit loud as there are some groups so we left as soon as we finished the meal.

I found staff to be very friendly and obliging. dinner was delicious and I took half of mine home for lunch the next day it was so big. tiramisu was yummy. a very reasonably priced place and we will be back.

My favourite Italian restaurant in the shore. Fresh pasta and the wood fired pizzas are so yummy. My favourite dishes are the gnocchi quattro formaggi and the calzone. Amazing wine selection too. You can pay with credit card, debit and cash. Ah, have I mentioned that the staff is superb?! Well, they are!

We've been eating here for 2 days in a row. It is so good. Really liked the carbonara, how mona used to make it. Lasagna is recommended as well, all the food we ordered is very good to be honest. The people working there are so nice and a great host. I would totally recommend this restaurant.

Ordered the Carbonara which was very disappointing. The spaghetti were totally overcooked and cut into pieces ! The egg curdled in far too much sauce and the dish totally lacked any flavor. Very disappointed after I had delightful pizzas there. Service fast and swift though.

Small Italian place in the very heart of Birkenhead. Loved the food and the welcoming staff of the restaurant. Not a lot of parking space, so recommend to park in the centre or near the mall. Menu has pizza from the wood fire oven, tortellini, pasta, lasagne and meat with veggies. Greatly recommend Italian red wine Chianti

One of the best Italian restaurants in Auckland. Great tasting food at reasonable prices. And the food portions are huge. The menu is vey broad and covers all the classic. THe environment is the main reason we return so often. A lovely pizza ovens provides a great atmosphere. A great place for large family events or just couple dining. And I highly recommend the garlic bread - so unique and favourful
