My kids and I had an amazing experience. The entire staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and prepared quite fast. The kids were allowed to play with pizza dough and the staff pampered them the entire time. This is definitely a kid friendly place and mom had a blast, too! Well done everyone, we will definitely come back. Thanks for putting a big smile on our faces 🤗

Had the most wonderful evening with tastiest pizza, pasta, salads, happy cheerful staff, and cherry on the top was PK - the manager / owner. She is just next level with her hospitality skills. She made my wife's bday 🎂 so special when she suprised us with a cute cake and whole restaurant sang happy birthday for my wife. I would say if you looking for having an awesome enjoyable evening, just head straight to Archies.. Cheers 🍻 highly recommend 👍

Busy place even on weekdays primarily because the food is good and serving size is great. Had the smoked salmon pizza. I was surprised with the amount of salmon and cheese they put on top of the pizza. Also had the humongous lamb shank. Kept coming back for that. Better make reservations before coming over.

One of my favorite meet up points. If noise is an issue for you I suggest you choose to eat under cover outside. The food is amazing. This visit I had the eye filet cooked perfectly to my request, I tried my partner's pasta. Scrumptious. So much so a photo never happened. I wholeheartedly recommend the visit. Parking is easy with a parking garage just across the roadway.

Tried this restaurant multiple times. Never disappoints. Best authentic Italian food you can ever have in Auckland. Their food, menu and service, everything is perfect. My 4 year old son says after eating food “Uncle made yummy food” 😊.

Absolutely adore the staff, service and the food here. Wonderful for a quick take away and a sit down dinner. Fast efficient service and there is isn't a dish on the menu I can't recommend. My fave is the prosciutto pizza (I've had upwards of 45+)

First time here with the family tonight and we will definitely be back! Found this via Google review for 'family friendly restaurant' and they really made us feel welcome, despite turning up with hungry kids at dinner-time with no reservation, they found us a table, entertained the kids with pizza dough to play with whilst waiting for our meal and the food was great! Massive portions so we got to bring home the extra and staff were very friendly. Thanks for a lovely night out. 😊😊😊

We've been here a few times over the years and the experience is always consistently so-so. If you decide to dine indoors, be warned that you'll leave the place smelling vaguely of soot. Crust is on the thinner side, so you don't get the same kind of chewy pizzas as you would at Elmo's or Toto. Not great value for money, either in terms of serving sizes or in terms of experience. Desserts are passable.

Archie's is a favorite when we have corporate farewells for departing colleagues. Their service is amazing and for large tables they never get the order wrong. The food is delicious and well presented. A slight delay is expected for large tables but this is normal. Nutritious food using quality ingredients. Will be back for the next few farewells! 🍕🍲

Wow honestly, It's the kindest restaurant I've ever visited. All the employees were working with a smile, so I felt happy, too happy!! The food was also very professional and delicious. My friend and I spit out an exclamation as soon as we ate the food. above all, it was lunchtime, and all the seats were full. this place loved by everyone. I tasted heaven the whole time I ate. First time that I went to this place. It is a great spot for families and specially for celebrations such as birthdays, graduations and more. I went there with my family for my birthday and the place is awesome as well as the food. I will come back when I'm in Auckland again

Really good food! However my partner and I believe we got food poisoning as we both had a poor experience on the loo afterwards. We had the tortellini and the pollo fumigato for reference.

Stopped by for lunch with some friends. We had to book to make sure we had a table since they are always busy. Fairly decent selection of pasta and pizza on the menu as well as other items like steak. The food is nice. Decent portions and nice flavours. Nice place to stop by for good service and good food.

It gave me the feeling of going back home and the dishes cooked by your mum. The seasoning wasn't strong and well balanced. You can taste the original flavor of its ingredients. Love it.

We ordered 2 main dishes and 2 desserts - Fettucine Tutto Mare (seafood) pasta and Diavolo (salami) pizza. The seafood was quite fresh and the flavour was cooked well inside the mussels, shrimps, clams and fish. The pizza was thin-based. Crispy, roasted in the pizza oven and full of fresh ingredients. Homemade cassada and tiramisu were amazing as well The margarita cocktail and the Italian wine were just amazing too. Margarita tasted like a proper cocktail - not too plain or sweet. How can I forget about their amazing customer service. Everyone was very enthusiastic in serving their customers. Definitely going back there again.

The restaurant is in a good position, it’s comfortable and nice. The service is great and the staff is absolutely amazing. Lovely atmosphere and lovely people. However, the food is very average. The portions are very big (too much at least for me but if you are a big eater or you like sharing this place is for you), and the quality is just ok nothing special or exceptional. The food was lacking flavours, it was executed ok but no “wow”. Just very average. I red a lot of reviews saying “authentic italian food” or “great pizza”. Well, I am sorry, I am italian and I can say this place is definitely not an Italian restaurant. There is nothing that even vaguely resembles italian traditional food (pizza included). If you like bringing your own wine this is a BYO which is great. If you like a quiet intimate place, this restaurant is not for you as it’s pretty loud and always crowded.

The food was great but just a tad disappointed with the service. Food took around 45 mins and the staff were not very attentive, needed to keep fighting for attention for water and drinks. If it wasn't for the great food my rating would have been a 3/5.

We've been here 2 times in the ladt 2 weeks. Once for lunch abd another time for dinner. Food, no doubt is great! Would recommend the seafood red sauce pasta! Lunch special is really good too. The carobara is good too! Most of the pastas are delicious and rich, enou6 for two meals for me! Otherwise a bit too pricey for us. Also not sure if they were running out of steak but out $37steak was tiny! Meal was filling though.. And it's not like they had specified the weight, but would have expecyed a bigger piece.

I am amazed with the quality of food and services offered by Archie's Restaurant!! Once you are in the Restaurant, they make you feel that you are at home and entertain you with the best offer of great choices with very reasonable prices for what you consume. Loved it. Authentic Italian food, nice location, friendly staff. I wish they mention “Vegetarian” and “Vegan” option on their menu. The longer menu has more choices so it would be nice to have one standard menu. Desserts are amazing and served beautifully. Please start making Molleux.

Love Archie’s, they do the best pizza in Auckland! Been there many times, and also done take away too. Service is swift yet friendly , and the place is always buzzing. Definitely worth calling ahead to book a table. Pastas are great too, as are the desserts.

Visited today with my little toddler and what an awesome service we got! Not easy going to busy restaurants during lunch hours with a hungry kid but the staff at Archie's is superb and made the experience very enjoyable! They made us feel welcomed immediately, set up the high chair for baby and were very attentive the whole time, even gave baby a free banana (I think the owner himself was the one who served us). Our order came in very quickly which was great. Food was absolutely delicious, fresh and tested just like the most beautiful dish you get in Italy. Nice big portions too. This is easily the most authentic Italian restaurant in Auckland. Loved every second of our time in Archie's and looking forward to visiting again with the whole family. Highly recommended!

THE best authentic Italian restaurant you'll ever been to. Have always been a regular at Archie's, never going anywhere else.

One of the best pizza places in Auckland. Located in centre of Newmarket this is always a busy place. Very popular for lunch with all local businesses. Always busy for dinner too but the owner will always try to find you a spot. If it's a larger group the best to book ahead. Service is very excellent, friendly and attentive. All food is freshly made and very tasty. Italian style with sharing as options. Great selection of very well priced wine. Update We recently visited and the experience has been absolutely amazing. So many places are using Covid to justify higher prices and lack of service. Here it’s the opposite, same menu, same prices but service was amazing, all food was truly 5 star !!!

Archie’s is my all time favorite Italian restaurant for more than a decade, they always have excellent consistency of good quality and authentic taste.

Had an amazing very authentic Italian dining experience with my two daughters. Staff very attentive and knowledgeable with menu and Italian wine suggestions. The Chianti was beautiful! Recommend the mixed breads as entree, girls had lovey big pizzas and I had the best vegetarian tortellini I think I’ve ever had. Cozy indoors, not too noisy to enjoy conversation and the bill was pleasant surprise for the quality and dining experience.

Staff were so friendly and lovely. Pizza was amazing. Can choose half and half. Pollo and Diavolo were really delicious. Highly recommend!

It’s my second time around. Was very happy with the seafood salad last time. Ordered for this time two pastas: seafood fettuccine and penne with smocked chicken. Personally more in favor of the fettuccine but both were just amazing - it’s difficult to get everything right in a pasta and I saw why it’s always packed now.

Pizza was really good tbh. But dunno why I vomited everything 5 mind after leaving the restaurant. My friend and I had Diarrhea the next morning.... Maybe there was something wrong with salmon 🤔

Thought of ducking in for a quick bite, didn't expect to wait for almost 50 min for an anchovy pizza. Taste wise it was not bad. However, the middle of the pizza base was not crisp. It was busy, but staff could have mentioned if the service was going to be slow.

Loved the owner, not only did he have a great accent but he was lovely with my daughter and niece. The service was fast and the food was great. The chicken pesto pizza was a bit oily but that could've been because of the pesto. The salmon was cooked well though I wished I asked for crispy skin. The place itself has a huge outside seating and indoors is cozy and delightfully warm. A great choice during chilly days like today.

This is one of my fav restaurant for pizza.very thin base with right amount of topping.price is good,always busy,pre booking is suggested. Almost every dish clicks with me.i personaly not a fan of chicken pizza,i think this is the only chicken pizza on menu.

Honestly, it's a nice place. Pepperoni was okay, we would prefer a better quality one. Also, please be careful with the olives. I was hungry and kinda bit into my pizza very aggressively, without realizing the olives had stones inside. Thank God for strong teeth. According to my Italian partner, that's always the case with pizza in Italy, so it's not really their fault. The Daiquiri cocktail was lovely, and we also had a chicken salad, which was quite nice. The staff was kind and lovely, albeit a bit stressed out.

Quite a nice environment inside and it always fun to see how your pizza is made. I've ordered a pizza and a tiramisu as they were highlighted in couple of Google reviews. I'm a fan of great Italian pizza and yummy tiramisu. However, the taste of the pizza and tiramisu was not great as I expected. Pizza was like cardboard :(

Mama Mia this is a good Italian restaurant! On Sundays they do a $16 menu for most of their food which is amazing value. Some of the best pizzas I've eaten. Definitely one of the best in Auckland. Also great staff and service. Molto flippen bene!

Nicest pizza and pasta I've had in a long time! All the staff are very welcoming and the place is usually busy and has a good vibe. The prices are decent and it's just proper Italian food done well, have been twice so far and I think it will become a regular spot for me.

OMG...after several tries, we finally got a booking on the day we could visit Archie's. Fantastic experience, almost felt we were in a pizzeria in Napoli ! Superb authentic Italian food, great portions. The staff recommendation from the menu was just so good. Happy and super helpful staff inspite of the restaurant being full on a Wednesday night. Keep up the good work, Team Archie's. We will be back soon!

My team (workmates), decided to have our quarterly team dinner at Archie's. The authenticity of this Italian restaurant is superb! Pizzas, pastas and delicious tasting Pinot Gris that takes away all the stress from the day. If you happen to pass by Newmarket, this is a good place to eat especially when you plan to dine with friends.

Simply the best. Archie, Pike and family are the most welcoming people and the food is always perfect. I would happily pay double, especially for the seafood salad. If there was sn option for 10 stars, this restaurant deserves 100.

Absolutely delicious authentic Italian food with good ambience and great service. We had the bread and dips for starters and then a half and half diavolo and mediterrano pizza and the home made tortellini. Everything was superb. Highly recommend this place

Pasta was amazing, it took me back to Italy. Staff are friendly.The serving is quite generous and the price are reasonable.

A few of us frequent Archie's for lunch... and it's a hard place to review, here's why.. If you found it randomly, desperate for pizza you'd think you'd never eaten anywhere better and find the service welcoming and amazing. But it's Newmarket so there's some very good eateries around and you'll either love or loathe the relaxed casual demeanor of the staff but it makes it unique. The pizzas are the go-to on the menu and like a real pizza are 'made' by the hand rolled thin base and flavourful sauce with minimal but deliberate toppings, cooked in a real woodfire oven.. but you can find (or rather make) better if you try. Usually you need to add chilli to get the real flavours out which they happily provide along with other condiments. The pastas have never overly impressed but certainly won't disappoint. 3 stars some days 5 stars others so 4 seems appropriate.

Awesome service. Staff was very friendly. Food tasted good too. Ordered a pizza, a risotto and a tuto mare pasta. All tasted really authentic. Kids also get a pizza dough to shape their own pizza which can then be passed to the pizza chef to go into the pizza oven. Price is also exceptionally reasonable and food portion is very generous. Highly recommended.

Amazing pizzas. Must try their Tiramisu. The staff really know the menu properly and can make some really good recommendations. The owner is also a very hospitable person and takes really good care of his guests. I highly recommend this place.

This place was buzzing! We arrived with no booking and they found us a table. They gave our son some dough to make a shape with and then they cooked it for him. He was stoked! Food was delicious and generous. Highly recommended.

This would have to be by far one of the best and mean the best Italian restaurants in Auckland. This is our 6th visit here now and won’t be our last. The service is great, the food is great and the prices are reasonable and its byo wine so it makes it even cheaper!!!. It’s proper Italian owners who care about their service and customers. What a great find!! Had planned a trip into the central CBD for a team lunch but sickness and workload meant we didn't have time to do as intended but instead popped somewhere more local.. and I am so glad we did.. the eye fillet steak was amazing, just perfectly cooked, the pizza was good, and the bill was really reasonable too. Friendly staff, nice and warm on a cold day out, will definitely be back in the near future.

I love a Fettucine. Got the Polo and a Garlic pizza bread with cheese. Both amazing! Chef was running 5 mins behind schedule so offered a seat and beer on the house by top notch bloke on the till. Fantastic! Be back every 6 weeks and will bring work travellers 😁👍

We have chosen this restaurant as our family place. Love food here so much- pizza, sea food salad, even spaghetti boloneze for 0ur daughter! For all our celebration we are here. And this amazing thing- happy birthday singing and clapping from all visitors when Archie is carrying a cake with a candle!! Almost forgot to mention a piece of dough which usually has been shared with children to make something yam!

We sat outside, and it was lovely to feel the nice air while eating. We got seated quickly, and the service was immediate. They gave us water, and continuously filled it during our stay here when empty. The food was great, and tasted like true Italian. The staff were all very friendly, and made our experience here perfect. I also reccomend getting the garlic pizza bread, as it was absolutely delicious. They also put olive oil and parmesan on the table for you to use freely.

Some of the best Pizza's we have had outside Italy! The seafood salad was delicious and overall, the food is sensational. The wine selection is ideal and Pika, one of the owners is an absolute delight. Service is brilliant. We went back two nights in a row having visited from Sydney for work. The best Italian restaurant in Auckland. They make the best pizza in Auckland. Their eye fillets steak and lamb racks meal are extremely good. They are always busy, sometimes have to wait a bit longer but the wait is worth it.

Always incredibly welcoming - with the trademark dollup of dough for each of the kids to 'make pizza' - and the delicious real thing - we love it. Recommend to always book - Archie's is popular .. enjoy the noise and banter, definitely a group favourite :)

This is a wonderful warm and delicious environment. I have been coming here for 25years and the owners always are happy and welcoming. I think they are like a institution in newmarket now. The food is consistent and tasty. They also do little extras that are a lovely surprise. Today I felt tied and worn out but after going for a my favorite mushroom and chicken risotto. I left feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you Archie you guys rock!

Everyone, this is good pizza. Fresh ingredients, cooked well, you can watch them make your pizza right there. How I imagine Italian pizza to be like. Wood-oven fried, of course. 5 stars if they improve their service, at the moment it's not bad.

Great place. Gave me a genuine feeling of European street cafe nostalgia. Food very good well treated not overly fussed. But mostly staff super-friendly and accommodating. It’s not on our doorstep (we live across town) but we will definitely be back soon for a repeat.

We had a great time at Archie's, the food was pretty good and the service was excellent. The best part was the kids were given pizza dough and a roller to entertain themselves. The kids loved it and we would come back again.

My son and my wife want this is to be at least a 4.5 star rating. It was excellent but I reserve 5 stars for life changing food. We had the the mushroom and prosciutto pizza and a salami pizza. The crust on both was light and delicate -- like a cracker; delicious! We also had the seared calamari -- definitely the highlight. For dessert my son ordered the chocolate soufflé. It was good but a little too soupy. It could have benefited from a dark chocolate base versus what seemed like milk or light chocolate. Service was fantastic -- five stars there.

If you a pizza lover, this is a great option to know a place that offers a delicious pizza differentiated (gourmet), with a quality far superior to the pizza fast food stores in Auckland. You need go there and check. Just a note, the place is cozy but small by so remember to arrive early, or call before you go. I'm sure you'll like it and come back more often.

A shout out to Archie's who provided my blind friends with Braille menus! Most impressed. Well done! I've never seen that before.

It was my first time there. I have tried a pizza which was good, but the price compared to the taste and the amount of the food is a bit high. I like the fact that they make the pizza base in an old fashion dome like oven. Moreover, because it was a hot day, inside the restaurant was really even hotter than outside. The personnel was really nice and respectful.

Over the past few years we have frequented Archie's several times. The food is fast, and the waiters are always attentive and friendly. Archie's has some of the best pizza around town (although the pasta is also delicious!).... The chili flakes, parmesan, balsamic creme and olive oil on the side is a real bonus too! But what really stood out to me during my last visit, was an incident when a customer knocked over bottle of olive oil from their table. The owner dealt with the situation with such patience and grace. It's this kind of customer service that keeps people coming :)

Had the pleasure of visiting again and they didn't disaapoint. I had the prawn salad and the eye fillet. Although the prawn salad was a main no problem asking as a starter so smaller portion at lower cost. Had the eye fillet without potato mash. No issues when orders came and didn't take long despite being with a big group. They are very accommodating. My dinner was very Good and fillet was as requested medium rare. There was one waitress whom was over enthusiastic but hey that's very minor compared to a good night. Thanks Archie.

One of the best pizza places in Auckland great service and always with a smile top quality wines and beers. If you havent been well worth going I will bet you go again. Archie and his wife are top class hosts.

There was a family group dining here with young children too. The woodfired pizza's were very good indeed. Mine was ordered for me so I have no idea its name, but it was mainly mushroom, and ham, very yummy indeed. Everyone seemed to enjoy their pizza or pasta dishes. The keep the young diners happy, the staff brought out small dough balls and rolling pins to keep them amused. Shame I got there too late to play with them too, maybe next time ! I am looking forward to going back again soon.

Favourite pizza place in Auckland hands down. Lovely staff, great pizzas, and they give my toddler some dough to play with while waiting. Parking can be a bit tough but there is usually street parking somewhere close by. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is an icon of Newmarket. I've been going there since I worked in the area a few years back and continue to make special trips to visit them. Service is top notch, food is spectacular and they are truly family friendly. Well worth spending your time and money there! Can't recommend highly enough! :)

Best Italian in Auckland! I've been coming here for about 12years and the food and service is always topnotch! The seafood spaghetti and prosciutto fungi pizzas are my favorite. This venue is kind friendly and Archie always brings out dough and a rolling pin to keep them entertained

The staff member with the neatly tied long hair, is an icon for Onbroadway, has been there forever. Ageless enough that it makes me feel like I'm still young. The place has a way of reinventing itself and putting up just the right kind of lunch.

Pasta has a good flavour and large portions, pizza is a bit too thin and sparse toppings on some but still large size. Overall not bad for the price, but VERY loud and chaotic with staff running around

Always brilliant service from the staff at Archie's. The menu is a regular with no noticeable changes day to day; However, the food selection (and nor, for that matter, does the food itself) get stale. Personal favourite is their Al Salmone. As with all of their pizzas, made fresh upon ordering and cooked in their large stone pizza oven giving a beautiful textured base with the perfect crunch. Gluten-free bases are available, too. Definitely a must-try if you're in the area. Great for a nice lunch, dinner or even a date. 🍕

The food is good and the waiting time is alright. The waiter/manager is slow taking orders and have no patience to wait for us to order. Then when we were paying the bill we ask for a box the owner complaint I ask it more than once. It was funny since he give this other customer a box and all he had to do is take two and give us one as well.

This has been a family favourite for years so we were excited to go for dinner last night. Ordered my favourtie 'Tutto Mare' pizza and was disappointed the seafood wasn't it's usual beautifully fresh selection. The single scallop was brown and hard and the fish a bit grey. Service was great though.

Had a wonderful meal with our extended family. Young kids got some pizza dough to work with, and the rest of us enjoyed an excellent meal. Tried the pizza Mediteraneo, prawn risotto, spinach salad, bolognese and bruscetta. Loved them all, and the service was outstanding. Wish the food came quicker, but our drinks kept us satisfied until it arrived. Would definitely return if back in Auckland.

Conveniently located in the heart of Newmarket surrounded by other cafe's a small green space and plenty of parking.

Really tasty pastas and pizzas. Their tomato sauce actually tastes Italian unlike other places. Their pizzas are fresh and delicious, although slightly expensive. But the pastas are what you get when you are hungry 😉. Lunch time is usually crowded, even on weekdays, cause of nearby offices & stores' break I guess.

Archies is a well known local Italian eatery that has been well supported for many years. That's because there food is tasty and they usually have quick and friendly service. You're not going to get anything that will blow your socks off, or that you haven't seen before, with a menu that is a westernised version of Italian, but you won't leave hungry or disappointed. Real good for a quick work lunch.

The staff are very hospitable and is a great place to celebrate a birthday. You can bring own cake and they assist with presenting it and providing crockery etc to eat it. Really enjoyed Archies.

Nowadays, it is very difficult to find an authentic Italian restaurant in Auckland, and Archie's is one of them. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service and atmosphere are quite pleasant. Archie's made several fatal mistakes before, but has improved immensely since, and the portion and price are still fantastic. I look forward to visit frequently to see constant improvements.

Lunch menu at $16 was great value and good food. However, they've put the price up and food quality has gone down. Good for happy hour. $5 beers

Service slightly rude but the food was amazing; succulent and large servings. I tasted 3 mains while there so am fairly sure they're consistently great chefs. Would do it again in a blink of an eye.

I have been going to archies for over 3 years now. I have never had such good food for such a good price in Auckland. I love their friendly staff and I love the owner, every day all day he is there looking after his staff and customers, we love seeing proper ownership in new zealand unlike most restaurants.Fettuccine Pollo is my favorite dish and the taste have not changed in 3 years, very consistent and rich with flavor. Space is not an issue, when it is full they will whip out a table and lay it on the street under an umbrella and a heater if the weather is cold. love it

AMAZING pizzeria! We walked up for lunch unsure if we could be accommodated with our dog but he approached us and said "table for 3?". Were seated and ordered lunch, and he brought our dog some water and even gave him a little treat of some bacon! The food was DIVINE, my pizza was perfect and the dough was crispy and light. My husband's seafood salad was garnering a lot of "mmm's" from across the table. GREAT service, friendly accommodating and will go back. Recommend!!!!!

Archie's makes really good Pizza. The downside of this place is that it's too popular and crowded and there is not enough space at inside tables to be comfortable when it's crowded. My tip is to avoid peak time and/or get a table outside.

Very good pizza at fair prices. The lunch specials are very good too. Outdoor seating is nice with the weather is fair, and indoor is cozy when it's not. Service is fine, not great but not bad.

They have great pizza and they're large enough to share, but I find the pasta quite bland which is a shame. They're always crammed with people which makes it quite noisy and squeezed inside but there's a nice outdoor area when it's sunny.

I enjoyed my experience at Archie's restaurant with friends before going to see a movie. I have to say being a foodie myself, I am completely blown away at the quality of food here. The food experience was completely authentic Italian with Italian and English speaking waitresses. We ordered two pizzas with a Seafood Penne Futo Mare to share. The Penne pasta was cooked Al Dante to perfection with a lovely tomato and seafood briny taste, absolutely one of the better pasta experience I have had for a while. The pizzas were the crown of this food adventure, it absolutely trumped all other woodfire pizzas that I have had in other restaurants in Auckland. The crispiness and taste of the crust as well as the generous ingredients were of the best quality imaginable - period. I have visited Dante's Pizzeria who claimed they were the best Pizzeria in the Auckland City, I now have to say Archie's would be my new destination if I wanted to treat myself to the best of the best authentic Italian fare. The main difference between the Dante's woodfire pizza to Archie's is that Archie's pizza keep the relative cooking moisture level low in the ingredients after the ingredient finishes baking inside the hot wood fire oven. While Dante's pizza can become a bit too moist that when you pick up a pizza slice all the ingredients start falling off the pizza itself, which could make quite a sloppy mess. And I have also found that Archie's pizza had crispier crust than Dante's as well which made it all the more desirable. In fact during one of my food travels to Rome, I have visited a top ranking Italian Restaurant famous for its woodfire pizza - Pizzeria Da Baffetto. Archie's wood fire pizza reminds me exactly of my fantastic food experience at Da Baffetto. It came as a very pleasant surprise to be able to find a pizzeria of such calibre in the heart of Auckland. Hence 5 stars for being able to blow my expectations away. The food price was average, which came down to about 26.17 each for three people, two pizzas one pasta main. But the experience is truly unforgettable.

One of the best places to eat in Newmarket. Booking recommended if you have a group, as its always busy at meal times. Having said that the staff are very accomdating when busy and will try their hardest to fit you in even without booking.

Lamb shank is delicious. Pizza is the best I have ever had. Plus the services are very good. They prepared the dough for kids to play.

This establisment has won a place in my heart due to excessivley amazing italian cuzine, i will tell my grandkids stories of bathing in pasta bliss while recieving a free margarita from the friendly ponytail man. The service was second to none and i will return the favor to said ponytail man with my words today and my money. If you dine and dash i will hunt you down and feed you to rabid italian men when theyre in heat.
