Great food, great service. My favourite Turkish place in Auckland (and I have tried many).

Excellent service by the person behind the counter 🤗 gave me extra rice for free 🔥 legend. I didn't have high hopes but my order for butter chicken was delicious. Dine in is spacious and the shop was stil open on a rainy day after 10:30 pm😋. Total cost below $20

Popped in for a late night dinner. Guy at the counter was awesome. Quick service. The meat was so full of flavour and he let us have any sauces we liked. I had the lamb on chips and my partner had the mix on chips. It cost $12 for each of our meals. Would definitely go back. The kebab shop is also always very clean when I go in which is awesome.

Great tasting kebabs, on the expensive side for the meal size, great service. Just still feel hungry after one portion even with extra added, so I'd say the portion sizes are the one thing lacking.

Great food. Hands down the best falafel wrap I’ve ever eaten. Ingredients so fresh and handmade falafels are delicious.

Stop scrolling through reviews and get in the car. Betsia is where you want to go. This is actually my first time hitting a rice dish but man the kebabs are killer. If you're real hungry hit the Jumbo kebab. Mean sides too. Enjoy.

Stopped by after a pub session at Galbraiths. Hadn't had dinner yet and this was the one of the few places still open after 2200. We came in and there were still a few people around. The main menu is behind the counter but there were some specials on the other wall. We ordered at the counter and picked a table. Food came out fairly fast and together. Cheap and delicious late night food.

always come for a kebab here when in city, the staff have always been on top of anything that may happen , have seen large groups from rugby or cricket arrive en masse from eden park and was handled easily with no issues. quality , size and price of food are all spot on as well

Meat tastes very good but they're really stingy on it sometimes.. could of gave me a bit more than this. Personally not worth the $12 on this one

Place: Usually busy. Food: The chef knows what he is doing and is also a great guy. They don’t compromise on taste. I’ve always ordered their kebabs and burgers, it’s a go to place for good food. Staff: Very friendly and warm guys. They always have a smile and manage a busy hour pretty well.

Friendly service, very accommodating, and a superbly prepared and tasty chicken kebab with the sweet chilli sauce. Will definitely return and try more of the menu. Plenty of tables, including some on the sidewalk, bit of a narrow room but cosy and comfy.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The beef used in their burgers was surprisingly high quality. The prices are quite reasonable. I didn't see a bathroom on site. The seating area is quite small, this is a good place for take away

I agree with other reviews the amount of meat for a 12-16 dollar meal on rice or chips is ridiculous would estimate the worth at more like 5-7 dollars Same price you can get wedges with a bit of cheese and faux bacon at a pub for. Staff are friendly and burgers are ok in value so that's why 3 star instead of 1

Best tasting fast food I’ve ever had! I live across the road so have tried a few burgers and kebabs. Every time it’s the da best. The inside has a fun aesthetic and friendly staff. I wish they would update there logo/street sign it’s simply underrepresents the quality of the food. Despite being a kebab shop I also believe this establishment is more deserving of comfy chairs since I see people spending a lot of time here.

Tasty food and fast service, love this shop! Gotta staff are always polite and providing great service I would highly recommend their Lamb Shish and Chicken shish if you want to try something delicious.

Betsia is well recommended by my coworkers especially their huge tasty burgers! Burgers are indeed good and big for $12 (can’t finish the entire one) I also ordered their mix salad and I find really good as well but the serving is small for a $15 worth of salad.

The regular kebabs are excellent! Don't order the jumbo kebabs though, the meat and sauce is not proportionate to the bread so it feels quite dry. Lovely place to hang out with friends.

Can't believe I've only just been to this place, despite knowing it's been there for ages. Clean and tidy unlike other kebab places, extremely tasty and my chilli lover kebab definitely exceeded my expectations. Will be on my list when I am after a kebab next time.

Best kebab place hands down. Yes it's more expensive butonky by a few bucks. If you're not an cheapo it's with the high quality of food and excellent service. Iv had food from these guys for over 3 years and it's always been fresh and on point.

OMG! This place is awesome. How did I not find them last time I was in Auckland for work. Good size serving of chips and the burger was huge and delicious.

EDIT: Do not use via Menulog. Maybe it's because they're overextending themselves or they don't know how to use the Menulog system, but I repeat, do not use them via Menulog. Best to eat-in. ====== Best Kebab place around. Their chilli meals have actual chilli. The place is clean and the staff don't look like they hate working there. Good vibes all around. Things can get really busy at night when they also cater to Uber Eats and Menulog demand but the waits aren't that much longer.

Best takeaway in CBD, if you like kebabs then this is the place. Good quality food, love the burgers. The place is very hygienic, staff is very friendly and polite. Good value for money.

Good food although b careful n check ur order as sometimes they charge u for large but give u medium servings. 2nd visit was Disappointing as food wasn't worth the money. Just try their 10-12$ dishes. Anything more expensive than that and u will not b satisfied.
