M.I am not happy as I ordered burger with extra 2 cheese but when I got home the cheese wasnt added:not sure wether they forgot or cheese got finished and were scared to let me know as I already paid for.i forgave the. Though under the basis of human error.thanks
E.Lovely staff, good value food. Chicken burger was nice and crispy and tasty. Chips were hot with a nice amount of salt.

J.Everytime I've ordered from here on Ubereats it's been wrong, sometimes even missing my burger. Otherwise service has been much the same of any other BK, its 3xtremepy busy though so unless you're shopping go to the Papatoetoe one
M.Nice food, they need to keep their eyes on the soda syrup as raspberry was out when we got there and soon after coke no sugar ran out.

H.I have been a big fan of burger king! Still the taste is good! But the size is getting smaller and the chips is too salty!
And at busy times, they can give u like a raw meat burger! So as a customer, I just forwarded my opinion!
A.Aside from the manager who was too busy standing at front counter texting on her phone to serve me while I was standing there waiting for a couple of minutes, they are usually pretty good. Food is always fresh and they seldom get the order wrong
R.Its located inside the food court. Just like any other food outlet however it could do with a bit more cleaning around the counter and drinking areas. Not all the staff members are welcoming. No service with a smile from some staff.
J.Chicken burger was terrible - although Burger King have never been great at chicken.
Beef was satisfactory. No syrup in the coke dispenser so a mouthful of sofa water before choosing another drink.
S.Ordering via mobile app is a breeze with great deals in comparison to other fast food places however the quality of the food is really disappointing. Especially in rrgards to some other major successors in the fast food industry.
t.This Burger King most of the time has fresh food and good service, however sometimes the lettuce is brown or limp and the buns bit stale or maybe in the warmer bit long? These guys do get busy with limited parking, a warning that food is going to be a while would be good for those of us needing to keep moving and a smile never goes a miss.
V.Love their veggie burger, Spicy tender chicken and curley fries

W.Food is always fresh bit it is always crowded with people. The team could take a little more care when presenting food as the burgers are often "messy" when unwrapped.
