R.Fast friendly service. Using app makes ordering a breeze, and emails receipts. Convenient late night food option when other places closed. Self service drinks station with refills when in store. Pickup at door or counter easy and often faster than drive through. Can ask for no straw. Swapping fries for salad is worthwhile usually but salad is very simple mix of iceberg lettuce, tomato slices and lots of purple onion in lined cardboard box. Store is usually tidy inside.
Y.I just had the best customer service today! One of their employees gave me the wrong drink cup size (small) instead of the one I ordered (large). So right after I received my food and drinks, he came back with a large size drink. I never had this kind of experience before. Burger King is the best fast foods at best prices!

M.Ive been through the drive thru at least 20 times in the past year and 17 out of those 20 times those people gave me COLD fries. It didn't seem to matter what the order was and that almost every time the cold fries would be there as well.
Id swear & curse each time but I was always too far away by the time I'd realised this, I would swear each time I wouldnt go back, but I did, and each time the same result.
After 8 or so times of this I started making specific requests for hot chips and complained to the staff of what had happened, they were apologetic and I got hot chips.
On the upside though I found if you go in the "walk in" part of the fast foodie they tended to provide a better quality of service and the goods always met customer expectations.
T.staff should be a more polite, when you say thankyou at the pick up , a thankyou in return would be nice
R.I can't believe is takes 17min to get a walk in take away combo. Priority for them was the Uber eats and drive through. I won't be back it was ridiculous and when following up on my meal the manager was rude, didn't speak to me, grabbed receipt our of my hand walked to a staff member and said MAKE THIS. Wow
B.I waited for about 20 mins got my drinks another 5 mins got my order, but left out one chips.
N.Was yum buit service was a bit slow, was only three cars in the line but food was good.
N.Most the time you have takeout it's pretty average. On the odd occasion, the food is absolutely amazing and you appreciate why a company like BK spent millions on R&D to come up with the best burger they can. This BK branch has been consistent in good taste. On top of that, the inside setting is very modern and clean and the staff have all been quite nice.
M.Great franchise, food is always well-cooked. Fries are always good from here, the frozen coke could be better though. The staff are wonderful to deal with, very polite. The restaurant was nice and clean. The order was received quickly.
j.Is the chain under new management? have just had to change my review as we decided to give BK another go. the food and service has has a huge change, very very hapy with our last few orders, keep up the good work team.
s.As the Whopper undressed itself in my pulsating mouth, the Burger King himself appeared from under the immaculately polished table. He caressed my lips with his greasy, artificial gloves, gently urging me to have more.

A.Always love my double BK chicken with cheese and pickles. Convinent to work as well. Spicy tenders were crunchy been there to long I 🤔.
A.Very very clean as compared to Takanini branch, toilets 🚻 were very clean. There was no mess on floors like other branches. I got what I ordered, not like Takanini what I ordered got different. Lady at the counter is very nice, she greeted very well before taking order and after delivery of order.
B.1st time there. Good parking. BK restaurant, nice and clean. Good atmosphere. Guy that served us bought our order to our table. Good service and polite.

B.Part 1: Did an Uber order and got a completely different order. My order was completely wrong. So frustrating when you can’t complete a friggin order
sheese! Part 2 :Change everything I went back myself and told the manager of the situation and he said not a problem and apologised with a brand new fresh of order. That’s why these guys deserve 5stars. Thank you! Moral of the story just get it yourself and then you can check! Cheers
M.Fast efficient service by friendly staff and great food
S.I went to Lincoln rd and there was a very long queue. So l xturned around and went to Glendene. There were three in queue. Better than about twenty in line at Henderson.

S.Nice and fast, Have been served with cold/ poor quality food at times but considering how busy and fast it is, I understand it
M.From first sight it's tidy and clean. But when they give your burgers to you the cheese is all over the place meaning sticking out tomatoe and even the mayo nothing like how it's pitcher Ed on the menu when ordering.
M.Good service this time and the food was still warm when we ate it 5mins after we got it, which is different to the last time when it was cold after walking across the restaurant and when I spoke to the staff member he was not interested in the slightest.

s.Quiet friendly service staff named Rani. Able to explain the menus and offers well and assisted us to choose the best deals.
S.A bit sparse and cold, needs more busyness to feel comfortable. Admittedly we went while in level 2 lockdown so that kills customer activity.

B.Worked there before, but the last time I was there as a client, the team which was there knew me and served me very cold food and was charged more for a five dollars meal the cheese burger one.
