W.BK burgers are how burgers should be. Delicious and big. Not like McDs where you take the 1st bite and it's nearly gone. After working at home Red light all week, it was a nice way to end the week. 😁
D.A bit hard to find out how to access as door is shut with table blocking with a sign says takeaway only.
But door was unlocked , I got in.
Was asked for vacc cert.
Food was hot and yummy.
Had to push table aside to get out.
Toilets clean
V.Service needs a lot of work. Our dine in order that was placed on the kiosk and handed to to us in a brow bag. When I told him I would like to have it here, they gave me a tray and walked away. I had to walk up from my table again to ask for serviettes as none eas given. We were literally the only customers in the store fir lunch and a little more attention could have been given.
K.This place has never let me down, friendly staff and good food, always the best. Thanks BK team.
S.Food was okay, fries were overcooked. Slow drive through. Staff were not very friendly
J.Restaurant is often messy unfortunately. Counter staff average and not the kost helpful. Food average and orders iften incorrect. Could be better but ok i guess. App offers have never worked here they always say cant use it as just been put onto the bk vip app (this is not my problem nor a very good excuse)
G.Just went to buy we bought 4 burgers they only gave 3 lucky I saw it was 3 so told them its only 3 so she said how many burgers u got i told her 3 than in about 30 seconds she gave another one we said thank you and left the 4th burger was cold did not want to go back she gave us one that was sitting on counter cold
C.This BK is usually really onto it! The orders are really fresh and MOST of the time they get everything right. Fillings and sauces in the burgers are generally always what you should expect. Definitely recommend ordering from the app though and using the coupons for deals and earning rewards
A.Chips were cold burgers delicious toilets were very bad customer service was very helpful and friendly

W.Clean and tidy, the customer service was good. I don't usually eat at BK joints as I thought they were a bit dirty but would definitely go back to this one for sure.

C.Better than any other BK I've been yo. Was super busy but service was quick, food was great and the place was spotless due to this lady there that seemed super focussed on cleaning any mess right away.
S.It was raining today and there was a stink in the premise. I think the staff were all in side all the time andd they couldn't smell it. I felt uncomfortable with the smell. They may need to routinely open up the shop door and ventilate properly time to time. Apart from it the taste was as good as usual. Three stars as an average. Cheers,
R.I haven't been to this branch in a long time, but as with any other Burger King branch, it's always been good to me. Mainly because I know what I want to order and I know what I'm getting because it is right there on the menu...with pictures.

W.Ordered 2 lots of chips at separate times during our visit. Very nice but the second batch was fresher then the first. We wouldn't have noticed if we'd not ordered the second lot.
They are following the covid rules well, but not paying attention to the customer waiting to order right in front of them. Have had issues before with this branch but the manager always tried hard to help. So 3 stars is all they get.

a.Intercom could be more updated. Had to repeat myself a few times. Joker taking orders should be able to speak clear English
C.I tried to use the machine to order cause the line of Uber drivers was amazing at the counter. So might try Uber eats next time.
D.When i parked up i noticed they had a outdoor basketball court which looked really cool and fun.
At least 8 small back boards for multiple amounts of people to play.
As I ordered my food the staff member was not helpful and not smiling😐
(which makes a huge difference)
I had their app and asking a couple of questions as this was my first time using it.
There were no other customers behind me.
So I'm not holding the line up.
The food was good but service needs improvement.
S.It really needs a deep clean. The floors are always so sticky. Food is good but the cleanliness needs attention
D.In the drive thru the first server was happy, polite and very nice to deal with, however the second window was another story, my family received Luke warm food and had to return it 5mins later and the way my partner was scowled at for bringing the food back in wasn't the greatest experience.
We came here because the Westgate BK service is horrendous, but unfortunately this time around we were left feeling abit deflated from the experience.
All I can deduce, is clearly the lady wasn't having a great day for what ever reason and thus her interactions were left wanting.
Potentially an opportunity for the franchisee to consider ways to Boost moral?
Will try again ant another opportunity, hopefully next time will be better 😊 take care
E.I went to order Buttermilk burgers, unfortunately got a response they don't have it. Didn't say only now or any more... Had to choose something else,
Dissapointed, should be removed from website.Its ok food, and 1 hour later still hungry

B.The person serving was lovely in manner, had the stacked chicken burger 4 layers high oh yes it was delicious. However their cleaning standards could use a little more attention.
U.This is a great example of a good Buger King restaurant. I ordered via the app and my meal was ready when I arrived. The seating area was tidy and clean. The site had a basketball play area for the kids and a few gaming machines. The food is what you would expect from a Burger King.
i.Is it just me or have things gotten smaller and less appetising? Staff were fine, product is overpriced, undersized, uninspiring. Not rated more harshly as kinda know what you're getting in to, and all chain burger joints are well overpriced.
s.The chips were actually really nice today. Only thing was the burger bread was a bit dry but pretty happy with today's turnout. The girl who always serves us is always patient and really helpful. Thank you!

J.Once upon a time, BK went for 50's Diner chic, lots of sparkly vinyl and a slightly rock n roll vibe. These days, it's a bit old-school. It's relatively cheap and quick, and the food is always alright, although being next door to the vastly superior Burger Fuel is a problem. Different clientele I guess. Popular with the local high schools and netball girls from Te Pai, if you want a 90s vibe with your corporate burger, you can't go wrong.
M.I went here for frozen drinks after visiting McDonalds and getting half a cup of undrinkable Slushie bubbly mess. BK had frozen drinks for $1 and they were perfect and delicious. love the sour LnP and the raspberry. Fast service as well unlike Mcds.
N.Son went for a job interview and still has not heard a peep... Food wasn't bad the last time I ate there

A.Has a basketball court in addition to the restaurant as a separate space outside adjoining the restaurant for fun. The restaurant is nice and spacious except that they don't have many menus on display unlike other Burger King Food Restaurants unless you saw the ad somewhere else before and you know what to order.
Had a Original Tendercrisp burger by itself. It is very good in flavour.

A.Service was great. Young lady was very polite. I love jalapeno loaded fries. Maybe diced not sliced and a few more to savour.
B.My new local is awesome, good service, and to top it off the B Ball court is a winner for my family
V.The Double whopper with cheese was really fresh, large and filling and the chips were hot and nicely cooked. The chocolate shake had good flavour which I have found lacking at a couple of other outlets.

c.Floor was sticky. Same as last time I went in. Needed a wipe down all over., staff behind counter looked like they didn't want to be there. Food was fine.
D.after work went there with a very friend for dinner and there meals are very nice and fresh to eat .
J.Cost no issue it is a fast food outlet but great food for all that....just no coffee machine but drinks are wide variety fir all even diabetic tastes

S.Ran out of some food means weren't prepared to open other stock frozen. Drive throughs shouldn't run out of food as that's the nature of their business, to maintain good stock.
