J.What can I say?.... it's Burger King, they're all a much of a muchness, with varying service. On this particular day there wasn't too much of a wait at the drive -through, the server was a tad 'blah' and somewhat lacking in enthusiasm, but let's be honest, who wouldn't be.
L.Eating there is better than takeaway or drive through. You'll have cold food or the order messed up. Staff are friendly and you get great value for money compared to the local McDonald's. Watch out for the homeless and beggars that come in through the backdoor and the people who just go there and plug in to use the free Wi-Fi!
A.Always Good fast service. Download the App as it always has good promos which give you more bang for your buck. Also get points as you buy and get lots of freed food. Thanks for cutting my BK chicken :)
J.I think perfect service is to be told the price after I order, so I know my order is correct and I have enough money. Them again when I make payment," do that's $20 is that eftpos" for example. Because if it's more than you have or expected they have already cooked and packed it

B.Drive Thru line was short considering the lockdown. The food was upto the usual BK standards. Nothing quite like sitting in the car eating BK whilst watching everyone from the gym outside running classes - Im sure I lost weight in appreciation :D

A.Its fast food. What can you say? Chips were cold and tasted 3 days old. No serviettes given at drive thru
C.The cuisine is typical of a BK restaurant, bland flavourless cardboard with the sauce being the only saving grace. The bad service is something you don't anticipate and it's a bit of mixed bag as to how you're treated. Fast food in every meaning of the word.

N.3 stars only for the wait time. We ordered a burger and tender chicken with coke. It's took about 20mins to get served. As we were waiting, I saw car at the drive-thru that just came in and gave their order. 10mims later when I went to check on our order, I see the same cat picking their order and leaving, while we along with 10 other customers are waiting to be served.

R.Pretty stock standard burger king. Nothing blew my socks off...you have to have your window up to get your food put out during covid...it does what it says on the sticker basically...burgers
A.I don't know if they are under-staff or overworked, but my order of King Jr Burger w/ add cheese came as bun w/ cheese without burger patty & cheesy mayo cheese burger w/ add patty came as single burger without cheese 😀🤣😂 However, the counter crew was very nice & apologetic. Yet, it's still a minus point in customer service. 😔
M.Great food with friendly staff, burgers are fantastic. Very affordable too. Only thing is that fries sometimes are over or under cooked and the soft serves aren't as good as maccas, but overall great food, price and service. 4 stars
S.Tasty enough. Barely warm not good enough for dining in, should be hotter. Also why is there one pineapple ring halved when there use to be two? Bun was squashed top and bottom with filling that had fallen out onto the wrapper when opened instead of in the bun.. Will be going elsewhere in future.
P.Very nice place.. All the goodies that a Burger King offers is readily available.. Stone's throw from New Lynn station and bus terminal.. Huge parking spaces.. Adequate seating, clean neat and tidy premises.. Cheerful staff.. Good for meeting up with people.. And of course, BK has terrific burgers !! 😁
Q.A little bit slow on in-store ordering in the 3pm peak of the afternoon. Due to school patrons and afternoon diners.
Very hard to squeeze in the line due to small area in restraunt while ordering. Greater to order using drive-thru instead.

A.Fast food wasn't very fast. We were waiting for 25 minutes for my order, would've been nice if lava cake with ice cream instead of lava cake n cream.
J.We often get takeaway from BK on the days I’m working but not cooking. It’s on the way home, and there is parking right next to the store. If the slots are taken, there are plenty at McDonald’s/library. I like the ones with avocado or onion rings :)

K.Decent fast food joint pretty much what you would expect from any burger king. I wouldn't get my hopes up for an outstanding meal but it will fill your belly and keep you happy.
H.I am a frequent customer – fast food restraunts have their slipup moments, but staff are always nice enough to fix and compensate problems. Burgerking has always been my favourite place to study.

K.As with most fast food joints, this place can be really hit and miss.
The ice cream machine always seems to break during peak times and the quality of the food is really inconsistent.
The fries are often either soggy or taste soapy for some reason.
The dine in area is usually a mess, especially around the drinks machine so it can be hard to find a clean table most of the time.
With all that said though, it's pretty much what you expect from this kind of place so don't let it put you off too much.

Never had any issues with this place. The food is always tasty and warm. If you order a less popular burger then its made fresh just for you and its amazing and hot.
Tables are usually clean and you always see staff hovering in the dining area, cleaning up and maintaining the place.
Late night drive through on select days is appreciated if you work late and need a meal. Hopefully one day itll be late night all week.
G.Food is always good but the girl with the cheap badly done eyelash extentions working shift 3/11/20 3pm is kinda rude, its not hard to smile and be friendly instead of giving customers rude looks. I'll take my burger sans sass next time pulease
T.I don't know if it was because of the school rush or something else but the staff didn't seem happy. The only person that was focused was the lady on the cashier at the time the others were slowly working through their day. Otherwise ok. Food is yummy and affordable.

L.Absolutely loved our family dining this evening. Great staff, fast & efficient, value for money, great tasting burgers & food, New Lynn Burger King was clean and a pleasure to eat at. Honestly we have been converted. Cheaper than Mcdonalds by a mile, we will be back.

T.Ordered 30 burgers every single one was bang on and it was barely a wait at all very happy Especially as maccas can't get one burger right and is usually a longer wait.
E.They always seem to be out of something... and the drive through is extremely busy, so tends to get priority over walk in customers. The food's generally good though.

I preferred this one over others as the drive through usually flows quite fast and is 24 hours on weekends. Staff are allways a bit more friendly than others.
