J.Went here on a not so busy day to try this branch. Better BK than the other ones i've been. Not much of dining spaces though.
I've ordered whooper as always, one of my fave burger here. Just disappointed as no mayo available! Also, staff placed our food on a take away bag, in fact we went there to dine in, they should've asked me in the first place coz i was expecting my food to be on tray, so that's a bit a failure on the staff, i would suggest them to smile too! 😅 it wasn't a busy day, maybe they're tired or something but i do hope they radiate some good vibes on diners!
Wait time for food is acceptable, or maybe because it wasnt as busy as other BKs i've been. 😊
Loo needs an upgrade (or makeover!)
S.Service was slow, 15mins wait. (Got meals, fries we're warm, maybe pack fries last that way it would be hot when customers gets their order's!
M.Yummy BK's and customer service is awesome! Been there twice late at night and the guy with the American sounding accent is really nice and then the Manager was also very accommodating, they forgot to give us a burger so we had to drive through again, level 3 and he gave some free chips too.. it's always the offer not what the item is.

D.Good service and very fast paced compared to other BK restaurants I've been to. Inside the restaurant it's very sticky and/or greasy on tables and bathroom isn't the best either. I'd recommend Drive Thru!
B.Took 15 minutes to get breakfast in drive thru. Awful coffee. Good eggs benedict thing, if a little small.

Spicy Chicken Tenders has quite the nice tingle going on...
Not very impressed with the fact there is no actual Menu, just a screen that flicks through to quickly, with no real info on, said Sundees but no flavors other than Chocolate shown...
A.Fantastic staff & service. Drive-through during level-3 was quick & easy. They were polite, lightning fast and helpful.

friendly, courteous and apologetic. Well done this team. Management need to ensure that there are enough staff to cover shifts and to clean dining area for dining in customers. Not a good look having tables that have not been cleaned or cleared. Being understaffed means the cleaning gets left undone.
A.The service (drive-thru) was slow, the cashier was borderline and we were not given our receipt.

S.Burger king has been one of my favorite fast food joint for long time. Love the taste of whopper. Its a shame they've had to close few restaurants.

L.Great store, easy to get to, open location on a main road where you can stop and get your petrol too if you need. They have a huge car park, so parking is not a problem if you are wanting to dine in. The food has always been cooked and prepared fast when I have used their drive through.

F.Most times fast. Coffee does not know how to make. Ordered this time and waited 10mins. Hot chocolate I backed up twice as the person behind me and the uber got there food before me. Said hot chocolate takes long to fill but after I asked. All you need to do is communicate could of changed my drink. Hot chocolate doesnt taste nice after all that. Sorry
A.Always love my fix of a double BK chicken with cheese and pickles. Better wen the drive thru is clear. Order to eating 5mins. Oh yeah.
B.Consistently the freshest BK I know of in Auckland. Never have an issue with service, and the line is usually pretty reasonable (although I don't usually go around peak times). Great for a late night snack as it's open a bit later than most fast food places.
A.Been coming here since I was young. The place needs a bit of an update. Turn it to something of more modern Burger King design.

S.A loyal Sylvia Park BK customer. Orders large Triple Stacker majority of the time. Not all times I get the best compared to my first bite, but yesterday and today were just nostalgic. Fries were short yesterday, but today I was complimented with care which lead to my review. Thanks to the staff.
W.Love how we can still order on the BK App, so handy to do. Only giving 4 stars because the staff got 1 of our items wrong which meant that someone had to go without because the item that we did receive which we didnt realise until later as it was a small packet they were allergic to. Other than that always have a good experience at this BK thanks guys!

R.I hadn't had Burger King for years, had a hankering for a Double Whopper. The service was fine, reasonably fast, but the burger wasn't quite what I remembered. I am sure it was my recollection rather than the burger but I think that was probably my last Double Whopper, ever.
A.Located on main road, it is a great place to eat a fast food. Quick service and busy street view.

A.I can see why this is one of the highest rated Burger Kings in Auckland - hot, fresh chips, nice strong soda, great ratio in the burgers and really kind and lovely staff. A great lunch! 😇
