Went here on a not so busy day to try this branch. Better BK than the other ones i've been. Not much of dining spaces though. I've ordered whooper as always, one of my fave burger here. Just disappointed as no mayo available! Also, staff placed our food on a take away bag, in fact we went there to dine in, they should've asked me in the first place coz i was expecting my food to be on tray, so that's a bit a failure on the staff, i would suggest them to smile too! 😅 it wasn't a busy day, maybe they're tired or something but i do hope they radiate some good vibes on diners! Wait time for food is acceptable, or maybe because it wasnt as busy as other BKs i've been. 😊 Loo needs an upgrade (or makeover!)

Yummy BK's and customer service is awesome! Been there twice late at night and the guy with the American sounding accent is really nice and then the Manager was also very accommodating, they forgot to give us a burger so we had to drive through again, level 3 and he gave some free chips too.. it's always the offer not what the item is. A+++++

Most times with great service. Basket ball half court with 3 different height hoops to cater for all ages which is neat. Toilets need to checked more regularly though and I wish they has the slushy machine out again for us to fill our own. Sometimes they get it wrong with the size or flavours

Very understaffed However, the staff that were working this afternoon although were rushed and some orders mixed up...were very friendly, courteous and apologetic. Well done this team. Management need to ensure that there are enough staff to cover shifts and to clean dining area for dining in customers. Not a good look having tables that have not been cleaned or cleared. Being understaffed means the cleaning gets left undone.

Great store, easy to get to, open location on a main road where you can stop and get your petrol too if you need. They have a huge car park, so parking is not a problem if you are wanting to dine in. The food has always been cooked and prepared fast when I have used their drive through.

Most times fast. Coffee does not know how to make. Ordered this time and waited 10mins. Hot chocolate I backed up twice as the person behind me and the uber got there food before me. Consistently the freshest BK I know of in Auckland. Never have an issue with service, and the line is usually pretty reasonable (although I don't usually go around peak times). Great for a late night snack as it's open a bit later than most fast food places.

A loyal Sylvia Park BK customer. Orders large Triple Stacker majority of the time. Not all times I get the best compared to my first bite, but yesterday and today were just nostalgic. Fries were short yesterday, but today I was complimented with care which lead to my review. Thanks to the staff.

Love how we can still order on the BK App, so handy to do. Only giving 4 stars because the staff got 1 of our items wrong which meant that someone had to go without because the item that we did receive which we didnt realise until later as it was a small packet they were allergic to. Other than that always have a good experience at this BK thanks guys!
