I very rarely go to CJ and if I do it's a rare treat, so I decided to treat myself to a large Hawaiian Big Chicken meal with the Lime shake and the Cheesy Bacon Criss Cuts. The burger was to die for the Lime shake was stunning, however the criss cuts were a let down unfortunately. They weren't hot in fact I would say more luke warm, they were soft and not crunchy so I knew they weren't fresh which was disappointing because everything else was 💯, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Would I go back again? Yes I would but I would hope that the criss cuts would be hot and fresh. Service was quick and the staff were friendly, just that one fault.

Went through the drive through. Was fast and their packaging was so nice and tidy. The burgers were delish and they weren't messy they were nicely presented which was refreshing as everytime we go to McDonald's you know their food is rushed. Who ever made my order took the time with each burger so thank you!

Nice and new store. The food was good, except for the chips which were overdone and a bit soggy. The staff seemed to be more focussed on the drive through and took a while to get to the counter for walk in customers. On the outside, the carpark is a decent size and access into and out of the site is good. All up it met my expectations.

We arrived when there appeared to be a lot of senior management in suits so the restaurant was so clean and we got our orders in a very timely manner. Love the carbless burger though!!

Had my cheat meal here, Big Super Star with the cross cut fries with bacon. Both were amazing. I tried the chicken tenders, they're not the greatest, I wouldn't order them again. Premise was clean and staff were friendly. We dined in.

Oh my....they have the best Bourbon burger on the planet! This burger will melt in your mouth along with the melted cheese/bacon criss cut fries (fries don't have to be boring!) and banana choc milkshake.....and an extremely helpful cashier.....this was worth waiting 7 weeks for!

First time trying Carl's Jr. Best burgers ever. There is so much flavor in the patties and fresh salad. Was in Manukau 4 days and couldn't help getting a meal each of those days. Very clean. A staff member who worked evening shift was awesome. My new favorite place to eat. Well done 👍

Yum, hadn't been in a while. My order was mixed up, only one burger but immediately corrected. Good service, table service. Good atmosphere, seating. Wheelchair parking in front, drive thru 24/7 I'm sure, as most of the fast food eateries in Manukau are.

Food was yum and waited only 10mins? What was the big sell was the lovely customer service. Helped me w my order, like what the most popular combo is. She even remembered to ask me after half an hour if I enjoyed my meal. I will definitely be returning back to this branch for my next burger fix

Haven't been in ages & have been disappointed in places like Burger King lately where they have been a let down with disappointing Burgers flat drink machine's etc, so got the Big Carl's Double Beef combo & yeah this hit the spot. Meaty flavoursome Burger & wasn't greasy or too much sauce etc, chips nice as expected & drinks fizzy & flavoursome, will be back soon as the budget allows awesome feed.

Good meaty burgers, not for the fainthearted. Can be a bit greasy sometimes. Their Chicken Tenders are a force to be reckoned with! The restaurant itself is nice enough, good layout of seats and tables, and usually kept clean. Customer service is lacking, don't expect a smile with your serving!

Fast,efficient drive thru. Polite well spoken staff well on their game. Unless ordering the cheapest items on the menu can be very pricey. Easy to make $35.0 per person for one meal.

Unfortanilty the tv screens were down at the time of going through the drive through. No hard copy menus showing what was on offer so had to order from memory. Food was good and overall turnaround quick. Other than that, service was ok, missed some basics like saying thank you or acknowledging order was complete when handing the food across.

Its always a good experience visiting Carl's Jr Manukau. Staff are friendly and food is always ready within a Fast Food Service time. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, and with no grudges from me I rate this experience a great experience. Thanks Carl's Jr Manukau keep up the good work

Im always a fan of Carls Jr more than other fast food places in NZ. But tonight I got regular fries in my chilli cheese order when they were supposed to be crisscut. Otherwise, real good time and feed and service.

Food is really good and prices are fair. Big Carl is their version of a big mac and whopper. So good. Jim beam burger is full of flavour. Their Carl's catch? Fish burger, is the best fish burger I've had so far. Fish fillet from Macca's doesn't even compare to this beauty 😂😂😂.

Went to Carl's Jr today and let me just say Aileen you are awesome your service is top notch and really makes going there a pleasure. We got the portabella mushroom combo and the original Angus beef combo some crisscut fries with spec(bacon) and chicken tenders with aioli sauce yup yummy .

Always asked to wait infront of building whilst my order is being made. And when i waited, i would wait for almost 10 to 15 minutes which takes most of my work lunch break time which forces me to eat my food whilst driving ( hazardous ) by the time i reached work i would either be late or just on time.. SMH. Never coming here again during work breaks. On a positive note thou the foods are amazing better than all other fast foods in my opinion.

Love going here for a feed and one of the staff there at the front counter... dont know his name but has a very strong accent, very friendly customer service and He realy makes u feel welcome into the place.. he offers u choices and tells you whats in it or deals they have, I could make a whole review about this dude, but its about the store... anyways clean and tidy has people customers inside so its never a ghost town when u enter, when its busy you will still get your order on time... havnt been drive thru but eating in is better for the refills and that drink machine could use anothr redesign tbh lolol but other then that its a good place to eat

Normally go to the takanini branch thought I would stop into manukau. Forgot to put the bacon in my burger apart from that everything else was to expectation. The food is good but the service is far too slow, even when there isn't that many people ordering, an on 2 occasions, they've left out an item from from my order, but they are quick to bring the item when asked, however I give the staff working over Xmas 5 stars, my partner left her pH there Xmas eve, and when we called them, the first day they reopened, YES!!!, they had her pH, so we went an got it, thank you so much to the staff and or honest person that handed it in.
