So, day before NYE: Thursday, 15 minute queue about 7 cars deep around 10pm (that's quite fast). They got our orders right, the food was hot and fresh and made with care. Thanks for setting the Gold standard for fast food, Carl's Jr. Henderson!

Friendly staff. Clean place, good location & parking. Except for a little hiccup initially, great service! Burger was well-made and not just slapped together. Oreo Milkshake is fantastic. Fries were a fresh batch. Love the ketchup AND mayo served to go alongside!

The drive through service was satisfactory although long gaps after asking questions regarding products available. The Famous Star burgers were nice but the chips were dry and hard..

L3 Auckland lockdown 9pm 7/11/21 click and collect order, website says 15 minutes until ready (9:15pm) I waited in car outside restaurant door saw quite a few orders being put on counter. 9:07 I knock on door bcoz I am almost certain my order is ready. Worker picks up bag of food that's been sitting there for quite a while and comes to the door and gives it to me, I am annoyed bcoz I know my foods cold. I taste french fries & crisscut fries both cold. I complain to him and he apologises. The manager also comes and apologises and brings me back piping hot delicious food and extra french fries! Both the manager and lovely tall guy were so friendly and professional. They are both assets to the company hence my 5 star rating. Ps would be great if we got a notification when food is actually ready not an estimation.

Tried a Chicken Ranch Burger and a cookies and cream thick shake, the burger id give a 6/10 as everything was nice and I'd give the shake an 8/10 all in all a solid lunch that I enjoyed

Carls Jr is a great fast food burger restaurant . From the big chains, I find they have the most flavor, better service and larger serving sizes. Always enjoy my meals and the Lincoln branch is not exception. Parking right outside the door or you can go through the drive thru. Staff are hardworking and keep the restaurant tidy. P.s, dont let the photo fool you, the burger was great!

This is a review I'm making how from an experience about 3 years back, now live in tauranga but use to live out west. Went through the drive through and ordered a big family pack meal with all the sides was about $40 or something. Said to the guy on the speaker can we please have everything fresh and he said 'oh you want fresh allgood but you need to wait about 15min' so though alright they actually making it fresh not just saying it. Paid for it pulled over and waited with my partner and son for about 15min. Nice friendly guy who was on the speaker came out and handed me a big bag of food. Got home to massey and opened it and man everything was flippin excellent will always remember this fast food experience. I guess the moral of the story is if you ask for 2min made food then that's what you get.

Best fastfood place to eat, compared to McDonald's Lincoln rd and Burger King Massey. Very fresh vegetables and the meat is totally delicious. I had my first experience here and staff were extremely friendly and nice. AAA+++ The place maybe on a busy part of Lincoln rd to get in but the place was totally clean and hygienic, where I didn't have to clean my own table or chair from mess, before sitting down. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Will Definitely go back again. 👍👌😋🍔🍟

Mean feed! Big burgers fill you up before u get to the chips! Good size drinks! One of the best fast foods size and price wise UPDATE: just went here for last minute dinner with the family and the island brother in the drive through needs a pay rise most genuine and comfortable drive through experience I've ever had! Quite disappointed this visit - first since it opened again after lock down. Oreo shake was very milky, less ice cream than ever and the oreo bits were a bit stale. Criss cuts had no salt on them and they didn’t give any sachets of sauce or mayo. Burgers were good however. Just a couple of small things but eating Carl’s is supposed to be an experience.

I had a very enjoyable customer service experience with Shazan (sp?) last night. He was engaging, professional and accommodating throughout the interaction and was the most positive I’ve ever seen a fast food drive through rep! Shazan is the sort of employee that a business owner hopes their staff are, particularly with customer engagement. The food was nice too. Thanks Shazan, keep smiling!

Food is standard Carl's junior. Wait times are always huge even without customers there. Staff seem more keen on talking between themselves or being out the back area rather than taking orders which does not help. Lack of parking is a massive issue if you want to dine in or not deal with confusing drive thru area.

I asked them to make my brothers burger plain because he is a very fussy eater😂 and they’re the first place to actually make the burger plain! All the other places refused to do it! So it was awesome how they went out of their way to do my order

Bit more pricey than the average fast food, but certainly worth it in terms of quantity of food and quality. The Lincoln Road store is fine. Clean, tidy and service is good. But lacks atmosphere. Quiet and a bit sterile. But overall, fine.

Hi, went to the drive thru here last week at about 5pm on a thursday i think and the young guy working the drive thru was genuinely the nicest person I have ever spoken too, he made my day, have never written a review before but this guy needs a pay raise or something, we couldn't believe how nice he was.

Had the opportunity to try the Philly Cheese Steak burger. Hands down the closest thing to the real deal back in the states! Highly addictive so please; tread carefully. It was really quiet last night which made a huge difference in the completion of the order. However; there is often missed changes to burgers from previous experiences. Unfortunately that happened where I had ordered a Philly Burger without the green peppers and returned home to find that my ordered was listened to. Disappointing is an understatement; i have raised this issue in the past and still have seen no change. Nonetheless I find this establishment to be friendly; i would like to suggest to this restautant/fast food joint to have hand sanitizer for customers especially during this time.

I tried the Jim beam burger it was great! The sauce is quite sweet but enjoyable I came for a Phili cheese steak but unfortunately it is no longer available. I prefer the beef patty here to mic dees or burger queer which in my opinion is quite dry.

I must just say everytime I have visited. The service was good fast and friendly. My order is always correct and to round it off it is very clean.

Clean, plenty of good seating, good food. The staff were friendly, polite and courteous too. There's only 6 or so car parks so be aware of that during busy times. It was surprisingly quiet in here today which was pleasant.

A bit of a let down. Not enough ingredients to make thier advertised milkshakes and the burgers looked like they were thrown together by a blind child who didn't want to actually be there. Perhaps they were just having a bad day. Perhaps this is the latest trend in fast food. Either way, at least it still tasted good. Coupled with the way that this particular place always looks closed from the outside I'm not sure if I will return.

First time at the Lincoln Rd. Henderson branch. (Although l have been to the branch just down the road from Auckland airport) on at least two occasions.The burger that l had , was freshly made, and delicious, as we're our fries. Although adequate, l believe that the meal was still a little pricey.

Ahhhhhh yesssssss! The place we'd heard sooo much about and had been waiting to go to for a while. 5pm early dinner as we were attending a conference nearby at the Trust Arena so we walked. We were a group of eight people and we were impressed with how quickly our food arrived. Yummmmm hamburgers! Vegetables and buns were super fresh and the size of our hamburgers were enough for a decent meal. We were not hungry afterwards. Prices were about what we'd expected to pay so we were happy all round.

I last tried Carls Jr about 18months back. It was pretty bad (food and service) . I have to say they've turned it around. All food was good, hot and tasty. Service with a smile. Nothing delivered incorrectly and the restaurant was clean and didnt look like the aftermath of a 5 yrs olds cake throwing contest. So All good Carls Jr . Well done.
