S. A.First time trying Carl's Jr Mangere. The service I would say is good, the lady over the intercom was helpful, nice and patient. The food is still nice. Been a long time since I had Carl's Jr and still very impressed with the overall taste. Ordered the Portobello burger combo as that's one of my favs, beef and mushroom. Car park is not much and exit and entrance can get confusing when driving out as sign is not visible enough. Wasn't busy at the time and no issues. Good first time experience at this branch.
S.Fast service and delicious burgers. We decided to eat in last minute because there was nobody inside. FYI you need a Vaccine passport to dine in and order. But not if you're going through the drive thru
R. R.Enjoyed my meal at Carls Jnr. Was a breath of fresh air so to speak, as a pose to Mcdz, KFC, BK. Price is always a bit steep but I guess thats what you pay for a bit of quality. Must say looking in the window from the drive through, it doesn't look very clean inside.

N. T.I didn’t see the name of the lady who served me, but she was friendly and helpful. I got extra condiments with my meal and everything was tasty and hot . Fry’s could of perhaps been crispier, but otherwise I was very happy with my meal and wait time. The cleanliness of the store was also good . I would go back for sure.

J.I love this place, always clean. I love their burgers specially the new philly one just amazing. Staff is reaaly nice and well trained. I feel bad for the staff when one lady customer was shouting at them few days ago. Its always worth wait to get good food. Your milkshakes need to be changed they sort of taste more of ice cream than of the flavour. Monica is the best person in the store. I wonder on people who are trying to put bad name on her. All comments against her seems copy paste.

A. G.Love Carl's. But just frustrated that there is not a standard of measurement for the mince on the chilli fries. I always ask for extra meat ( never enough) on mine. But across all the franchises they differ dramatically. Papakura/takanini's Carl's junior dose the best mince portions so far.

A. S.I've never used UberEats from another country before today, however, my parents needed a feed and I was willing to take a chance. I ordered both meals from Brisbane (Aus) to be delivered to them in South Auckland and I am honestly, pleasantly surprised. Their online menu made ordering really easy. The delivery driver was prompt and the food was received well packaged, hot and ready to eat, as if the burgers were flipped right outside their door. Thank you for your great service ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
T.We had just landed after 20 hours of international travel and we wanted something tasty and convenient and not far from our accommodation. We found the Carl's Jr by Google search so we thought WTF and went there.
To my surprise, the team on duty were well presented, pleasant and helpful. We had a few special requests ( e.g. a burger with no bun) and the team didn't skip a beat. The food they served us was well presented, tasty and fresh. The location was a little "tired" as far as decor goes but was clearly cleaned regularly and was, on our visit, well lighted and tidy.
Overall I would recommend this particular Carl's Jr to anyone that finds themselves near Auckland Airport and in need of a good, quick meal while not looking for haute cuisine. 😁
C. M.Very friendly staff and consistently delicious burgers. More expensive than most fast food, but well worth the price. There is a little wait, but not too bad. The restaurant itself is usually quiet and is kept very clean.

Please keep up the good work. I guess it must be due to the close proximity of McDonald's, subway, burger king and KFC that they have to keep their game high.

F. C.Like all fast food restaurants, food quality depends on the time and day you go. If they have good staff on, you get good food and quick service. If they have less trained staff on, you get low quality food and slow service. It is what it is.
