M.Same story different store a year on, still takes ages to get food out (20mins for a basic value meal). That said, food is tasty and always fresh but perhaps some more staff in the kitchen would go a long way. Place could do with a sweep but it's overall a good place to get tasty food.
j.When they're on point the food is great! Unfortunately, it's quite hit or miss and you don't really know what type of quality you'll get. The waiting time for the food is next level bad though. 15min here really means 45min. BUT when they do get it right, the food tastes as good as the picture 😁
R.This is the best branch ever!!! All thanks to Jeol and Emil. Super friendly and they get you exactly what you ask for. Super fast and efficient. Their food is never cold, you just cant stop eating. We drive all the way from central Auckland to Albany, their quality and services are that goooooood!
b.We usually have experienced good food from them but today they missed 2 burgers from our takeaway order and when we call them after listening they just drop our call which was very disappointing. After a week when I visited them, told about my missing order and they provide me with what was missing in my order, and it was quite professional.
n.One of the best chicken I ever had in my life. Best customer service and great people to see every now and then.

S.First very nice service from staff. They are humble and interactive. I feel the taste better than other fried chicken shops because this chicken cooked well properly inside. I didnt feel raw meat. Only my cocern was spice. I order very hot but still that was mild for me.

F.First time in Chicking and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The crispy chicken (spicy) is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

A.It tastes good but it is just too slow. The minimum I have had to wait for food is 15 minutes. My last one I had to wait 40 minutes. They weren't even busy. The served 8 people in that time. Definitely not fast food.

A.Chicking offers best chicken with lots of flavour options. Hey it even comes with a grill chicken which is sort of exclusive comparing to other fast food chains. The service is excellent and chicken is fresh. What makes it different to kfc and all is the amount of different options in the menu ranging from just chicken to toasties to rice and the list goes on.
Ps: If you are after the grill chicken, best to order 15 min ahead as it takes more time to cook.
