Good customer service. Ordered via Menulog The chicken was well made and tasted good.

18/12 Really bad service at Manukau. The new staff need to be trained. I asked to order to be packed in separate bags. But the order was crammed into boxes, most of the mash has leaked out. I contacted the store and was told that they never had issues with the mash. Lol. Please train staff on packing food items. Missing spoons. 3 of 4 meals damaged. 24/12 I went back to the store. They replaced my mash from last week. Service was a lot better. Food was packed better. 10/10. Discussed what happened last week. Possibly an issues with containers.

Not really busy but looked like heaps of phone and online orders. Staff overwhelmed and not good organized. Waiting time wasn't short but ok. Quality of the chicken, fries and burger was pretty good, not like other companies. Chicken strips are way better than others. Staff was friendly and really tried there best. Solid 4 out of 5

Pretty good, pretty good. Better than KFC but on par with Texas Chicken, which is also pretty good. Go for the actual chicken pieces (and spicy), they’re pretty good. Chicken bites? Pretty good if you like pepper. Service is pretty good. I’m listening to Musk right now so I can only describe things as “pretty good”. Chicking is from the UAE and they’re going to Mars, too.

No greeting when we entered but friendly staff once we started ordering. I'm comparing everything with KFC. Burger tandoori burger > zinger Spicy, juicy and bigger piece of chicken Fries KFC > Chicking Chicking has fries like McDonald's. Best thing about KFC fries is that they put chicken salt on. Hot wings KFC > Chicking Chicking had really juicy and big pieces. However, there isn't a lot of flavour and the batter they use is average. Original chicken Tie Both chicken pieces from either place are good. You just need to choose what flavour profile you like. I would say that Chicking has larger pieces on average. Final notes. The chicken and fries weren't hot enough. Turn up your warmer and give me freshly fried fries. Tandoori burger was the stand out. Would I come back? Yes, but not to this branch. Can't have luke warm fries and chicken.

Good place for fried chicken in Manukau. The chicken here tastes better/different compared to other popular food chains like KFC and Texas. The spicy chicken is a must try item if you are keen to try something different. The staff are super friendly and supportive. They helped me by recommending to order the best combo and variety/item based on my taste preferences. The place is located close to those supermarkets and very convenient as we could order for takeaways soon after shopping. There's fairly decent number of Car Parking slots available outside the restaurant.

Best Chicking in Aucklands hands down, never experienced an off day with them. Food is always fresh and tastes really good, I haven't experienced this kind of consistency in any other Chicking. Don't mind waiting 5 minutes more to get good quality food. Keep it up team 💪

Great quality food! I really enjoyed the chick-pop, good sized chunks of chicken and definitely less processed than any competitors. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and the portions are impressive for the price! Some people say it doesn't compare to KFC, but I don't think it should be compared to it. I would prefer this any day. Will definitely be coming back!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could the food was amazing loved it the chicken was delicious I'm not one for spice but they got me to try it and I loved it! The store was immaculate.The staff were super friendly especially the guy he could sell me dust and I would buy it thats how friendly he was my receipt says Melwin but I'm not sure if that was his name but he needs a payraise immediately.

I ordered a 3 piece combo, and asked to swap coleslaw with mash n gravy. This lady told me it will be 1 dollar extra, which I accepted. However after that I looked at the menu, Mash and Gravy's price as side is 1 dollar cheaper than Coleslaw..? Asked that lady, and she said "... um.. we haven't updated price on the menu"... yeah right... Apart from that, chicken is fresh and crispy. However seems underseasoned. Not spicy, not salty(despite being hot and spicy). I guess I probably won't be back.
