Reviews of Domino's Pizza Hobsonville
C.I mostly order online, the orders come on time if not early sometimes and the quality is usually good, there is the odd occasion when the toppings aren't even around the pizza but on a whole not bad. One of the nore recent times I ordered though I waited nearly 2 hours to receive my pizza's. When I rung the store it was because they had received a very large pizza order. Some may not see it this way but should they not have done the smaller orders first as the large order would surely understand as 160 pizza's for a 'now' delivery is a bit ridiculous. The guy on the phone was really nice though and apologetic so you can't fault the customer service.
C.Fantastic service from the team at Domino's. Picked up these large pizza and drinks for 4 people at $30 total. Will be back!
S.So the lady I delt with was lovely, when I arrived few minutes before pick up time, she couldn't find my order until it my name came up on the customer interface saying it was still cooking. I made the comment "oh busy night" as I noticed my order was pushed back by 15 minutes and she responded "no actually not really at all the team on the start of the line was useless" another 15 odd minutes later the food was ready. (Staff bagging other staff to customers was definitely a different experience)
When I paid on arrival she said to ensure I held my receipt incase of someone trying to charge me again and sure enough another lady called my name and just assumed I hadn't paid, it was strange only place I no to operate this way around and we only ordered 2 lava cakes and 2 garlic bread.
I.Quick service on a Friday night, they looked very busy with deliveries but we're able to make my over the counter order quickly and toppings were pretty generous and well made.

A.They are our local Domino's Pizza place. 🍕 good friendly service despite that they're always busy. The menu has def'ly grown to include many more items like sides, shakes n desserts. Good back-up for an unplanned dinner... delivered to your doorstep!
B.Excellent service, quick delivery. Better than Pizza Hut which hangs up the phone when they feel like it. Got 4 pizzas, garlic bread, 3 pepsis.. and took about 15 minutes. Awesome work.

But they don't put enough Toppings on the Pizzas
Butter chicken didn't have much chicken
Mr Wedge didn't have many Wedges.
Please don't be stingey with your Toppings as we the customers are paying for it.
K.Always fast, friendly service. Good for cheap pizzas, getting a better range of upmarket stuff, but we stick to the gutter $5 line.
C.Had a little issue with my delivery. My topins were all over the place. I called them to complain and a lovely lady called Charlotte appologized straight away and offered me another pizza and a free drink of my choice. The delivery guy was also very kind and appologized heaps. Bad things can happen, but having lovely and professional staff trying to fix situations like this surely makes the difference. 5 stars because I cannot give you more :)
K.Overall a good, fast, reliable service for comfort food. Served hot, but odd that the store in Albany that takes 20 minutes to deliver to Greenhithe can make it, but when I ask for delivery from Hobsonville Point which is 6 minutes away, they can not. I can't be the only one ordering from there. Just some feedback.
A.Nothing fancy. Just your local dominos. Parking is really tricky as it is situated through a narrow one way road. If you are lucky you get a spot or else you have to do circles.

N.I Ordered online way ahead before the scheduled pick up time. I still need to wait for 10 mins when I arrived on time for pick up. The staff was not apologetic at all. This is the second time already. Very disappointed at this shop.
