I waited for my pizza and he said it was not ready 10mins later I ask again and then they find it was there in the warmer. this is 20 or 40mins later. Wasn't happy. Should of got it free. Lucky the pizza was still warm

Ordered pizza from this store and was served by Bobby, he was friendly and had great recommendations for options on the menu. The store is small but it is clean and the workers clearly have great work ethics, highly recommended.

Used the online ordering and payment, also the deliver to car in car park, however it didn't flow too well. Got the phone notification to leave, and online login your arrival - Arrived in time, logged my arrival, about 1 minutes after suggested readiness, waited in the car for approximately 10min, before going to the counter, I was immediately handed my order, no answer or delay. Not a great process, doubt I will use this process again.

Came in friday 7th May around 7pm to pick up my order. I could see it was really busy and all the staff were doing an amazing job! Girl at the counter was really nice. I had peri peri chicken pizza which was soo good! Great pizza, and 50% off gourmet pizzas this week (which I assume is why it was so busy) Thanks :)

I gave this place a 5/5 one year ago, and tonight I give it the same again. I can't even take a photo cause the pizza is all gone. I ordered an extra large prawn and salmon half and the other half roasted duck. This shop is the best in the west. The Massey shop needs to learn from these guys. Top of the top guys. Keep it up.

There is only 1 person here and she is absolutely lovely and she is working so hard! Food is always yum and if the service is slow, it's because they are so understaffed. 10/10 for the staff member who was here, taking orders,payments, cooking hundreds of pizzas today all alone ❤

Ordered chicken wings, received chicken bites instead, without a pre approval. Would have appreciated a callback or txt back. The delivery guy was polite so I didn't feel like rejecting what he had brought in.

Just that they missed out some food that we ordered a while ago and they said we could get it when we rung up to get our 30 dollars worth of food they said that thats what the complimentary pizza was for but that would only give us one pizza worth 10 dollars so we were lucky that we kept the receipt and rung them up told them thats only worth one pizza and we prefer our moneys worth that they promised. So finally they agreed as long as i go to pick it up and show them the receipt i said ok i will we were happy at the end with the results, thats why its ok.

We discovered one of our pizza's wasn't made to order. The delivery guy took a picture and said he would feed this back to his manager. He then came back within 30 minutes with a new free pizza as an apology for getting the order wrong. Great Customer service :D

Food is what you expect for dominoes so no complaints however for some reason most times we order drinks they dont get it right, not a major issue but surely something easy to fix. Would advise to have the right amount of cash ready or pay online as when its eftpos the machiene is always dead.

Service is a bit slow other than that pizzas where good. Their value pizzas are all $5 and you can get bbq swirl or what ever swirl for free not like rip off hut, I call it that because they overcharged me and flat out denied it. So when the kids want pizza now it's Dominos on.

It's a cheap way to feed a lot of people at 5 dollars a pizza for basic which is cheaper then pizza hut . Toppings are minimal at this store compared to some other dominoes pizza places . I use this one as it's close to home and convenient . Alot of times they are under staffed but will do their best to have the pizza ready in 20 min or less when it's really busy . It can pay to order online or ring a head first on Thursday through to Saturday night's
