Made the pizza by ignoring the Domino’s standard. Used the pickup in car, so was waiting in the car for almost 5 minutes but no one came out. So went in and had to wait another 3 minutes. The people need more training

Service is okay, but staff lack knowledge of what menu items they have available. Was very fustrating to make an order and go to pick up only to be given one of 4 menu items I had ordered. No explanation until I asked and store made zero effort to contact me to tell me this . Lacked any apology and was expected to purchase regardless of majority of what I ordered not being available.

A small, quiet store (well, it was quiet when I was there at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon) that is moderately clean and tidy, but starting to look.a little tired. Staff member who served me was polite and smiled, but seemed too busy helping make the pizzas with the other staff member to be friendly. Pizza itself was tasty as usual, so no complaints there. Would buy from here again, although parking would be problematic on a busy day.

At least you can order at the shop. Pizzahut won't take your order at he shop only online.

Really impressed with the service, we received 1 out of 2 pizzas with the wrong toppings, we let the Howick Dominos team know and they sent us another two pizzas (which we only asked to send one) and an extra dessert. Really appreciate this as we understand mistakes happen but the team went above and beyond to make up for that. Thanks so much guys.
